The hotel and rooms were nice. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast, Dinner, and snack popcorn were great inclusions. Also loved the pantry for extra snacks when the kitchen was closed.

The pool area. It’s indoor but was extremely hot when you walked in. There were doors leading to an outside lounge area that were opened to “cool” it off. But it felt like a sweltering sauna. There was a hot tub but I highly doubt this contributed to the majority of the humidity and heat. Additionally, there were SO MANY PEOPLE in the pool area making it crowded and impossible to swim anyways. There also sirens heard all night from emergency vehicles which woke us up.

Booking.com did not tell us our stay included a free buffet dinner with drinks. Had we known, we would not have stopped at a restaurant prior to checking in! Apparently, all Drury Inn reservations include the dinner buffet. Booking did mention the free bfast, which we had.

Nothing. Wish we had known about the dinner buffet, Booking.com failed to mention it, so we arrived at 7:30 pm. Buffet ended at 7 pm. . Also, I am booking.com genius level, and price was the same as a person booking directly, except going directly thru the hotel would have given me the extra AAA discount too.

Drury Inns are always very very clean and the staff is exceptionally helpful, cheerful and I absolutely love the good breakfast and the fact that, if you arrive at the right time, there is a lovely dinner and free wine - yess!!!! A great value - saves looking for a place and it is so good to just have a glass of wine to take up to your room.

I somehow had the previous impression that the Terra Haute location was quite new, but that was not the case. It was a little more dated and tired in tilework, etc in the bathroom that I was expecting, and the layout of the bathroom was quite odd, but still quite clean, which for me, is important above all. The price, surprisingly enough, in an out of the way place like Terra Haute, in relation to Indianapolis, where I have stayed at a Drury, was about thirty dollars more. Why?

The hotel is clean and conveniently located right off the highway. The best aspect of the experience for me was the staff. They were exceptionally helpful and courteous, professional.

The breakfast did not offer many healthy options. Fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs were the only non-processed options. My room was particularly narrow. I could not get the luggage rack into the room because the doorway was not wide enough. Room was clean though and bed was comfortable .

We booked online and arrived from New Jersey. Everything from booking to arrival and then checking out was great! ALL of the staff was professional and courteous.. The room was extremely clean and our bathroom was spotless.. The breakfasts were amazing, offered a great variety and the staff that worked the dining area were great! The fact they offer dinner AND 3 complimentary cocktails for each person was something we never experienced..Def a win in my book. The area for the pool and hot tub was extremely clean, and parking was ample. The location was perfect for where we needed to go and even around the hotel, there were plenty of places to eat if you wanted to venture outside the hotel.. Based on my experience, we would def stay here again 100 %!

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The overall feeling of the motel is one of a well maintained, clean, comfortable facility. The breakfast was very good. Items (eggs, sausage, etc.) were fresh cooked. The sausage, in particular, was some of the tastiest I have had at a motel breakfast. The coffee was also quite good. The complimentary supper was also very good, definitely an unexpected surprise.

The ONLY complaint I have about the entire stay was that the room refrigerator did not have a freezer section, a situation that has become more common.

Place was clean,workers were friendly and helpfull

Only problem I had was in the pool some of the kids were being very ruff and running and jumping in the pool almost hitting the other kids so they couldn't swim,Noone said anything until a parent finally said something to the kids because they landed on one of the little ones, and the maid service kept calling our room on check out day and it wasn't even close to time to leave we still had 2 hours

The dinner and drinks were great after a long, hot day of softball. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got in from our daughters softball tournament just 10 minutes before they shut down the dinner and drinks, they made sure we had all we wanted before they started cleaning it up. Also, my daughter had gotten a sunburn because she "forgot" to reapply her sunscreen, the staff noticed her sunburn and offered to get us some lotion for it. Beds were very comfortable.

Staff were all very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about giving you a good experience with Drury property. They offer many different kinds of amenities Free breakfast, free evening snacks/ meal. 3 Free cocktails in the evening if you desire. Free coffee and drinks anytime. Free popcorn made fresh a couple times a day. Spa tub was best I have ever encountered very relaxing.

Breakfast was repetitive

It's nice, the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is okay, evening food and drinks are excellent.

The price is a bit high. Obviously taking advantage of the super high prices for everything. No garbage bags in waste bins in room. No premium channels on t.v. ( for the price of the room they should have at least one or 2 of the big streaming services like HBO, Paramount etc. Especially since you can't link you phone to the t.v. to stream your own subscription to the various streaming services.
