The hotel was clean and adequate.The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Also it was close to The Lost Sea which was the reason for out trip.

The shower was not good. The water pressure was very low which I didn't like at all. I thought it was a bit pricey but I would probably stay there again if I ever went back to Sweetwater.

From beginning to end. Customer Service was marvelous. Even the lady that set up the breakfast station was nice, friendly, and welcoming. She was able to communicate and work. The food was hot and fresh, I went down about 930ish bar over at 10. Everyone made eye contact... My room looked new, smelled fresh, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a tv remote AND guide visible...

it was a great place but we ended up paying double for the room because there was an issue with paying and I and the hotel staff tried contacting someone at Booking.com but was unable to get anyone on the phone from Booking so we ended up paying for our room and then ended up getting billed from Booking as well. so I’m not very happy with Booking.com . I do have another trip booked coming up and depending on how this goes will make my mind up if I will continue using this app.

Evreything!We were in town for my grandsons Sneds Tour Golf Tournament at Tennessee National Golf Course in Loudon!We travel all the time and usually stay in Hampton Inns or Hilton at Great prices thanks to Booking App !This trip the price was better plus great reviews here !It was awesome!!The staff starting with Jordan being super sweet and helpful from the first phone call saying we were going to bed late arrivals and her very pleasant voice on the other end to them very kind lady at front desk when we arrived ! And very clean room !and Amazing comfy beds !Not any noise at all both nights !!This place has went above and beyond our expectations !!Also a great breakfast !

Great linen and comfortable bed. Felt safe and secure. Breakfast better than many other motels.

Our room smelled like the remnants of dog urine. Hallway carpet looked worn and dirty.

Breakfast was what I expected.

There was a dehumidifier in the hallway. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I will assume that all rooms are like that. The steam build up in the rooms may contribute to the high moisture. The pool are as well. Not sure, just speculating. Again, high moisture in the air/room

The breakfast was very good with plenty of different options to choose from.

The pool door would not open using our room card. We had to ask the lady at the front desk to let us in. The door was broke and she had to use a screwdriver to open the door. The pool water was not clean as well and very cold.

Stayed one night for the underground lake cave (lost sea adventure). This location is perfect, and I think the hotel is either new or newly innovated. Everything is clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was really good!
