SUPER COMFY BED AND LINENS, LOVELY CRABTREE & EVELYN SHOWER PRODUCTS, BAR TENDER WAS SUPER NICE AND FIXED US UP WITH A LARGE PITCHER OF WATER AS WE WERE A BIT DEHYDRATED AFTER AN OVERSEAS FLIGHT.

WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A LOBBY COFFEE BAR, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THE TINY MACHINE IN OUR ROOM. A SMALL BODY LOTION IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED AFTER A SHOWER, AS I WAS OUT OF MINE ON THE END TRIP OF MY VACATION.

I stayed at the hotel since it was close to my mother's home. The bartender was great, hotel front desk very nice. The entrance was very slippery, and the front desk was alerted to the problem. Said they would send some to take care of it .

Breakfast was good. Staff were so helpful, courteous and friendly. There was a day that we couldnt stay on for the breakfast. They were so kind to let us pack the coffee and bread. Location was good and the counter staff managed to arrange the airport transfer for us. All the counter staff was so attentive and excellent.

Nothing. the stay was short and pleasant.

Inside atmosphere, nice, clean. Mostly pool for kids, they enjoyed it. Close to shopping and main street. We had a good time with my family, out of the house in the rainy day. Just go there and relax with kids on our wedding anniversary.

Little cold in term of activities, Bar & restaurant are not crowded . Breakfast is not included. Windows has condensations accumulated water

The location worked well for me

The hotel needs a renovation, I had to call them for clogged sink, when I asked for second crib, I didn't get , they said it's a safety issue, and they cannot bring it, which doesn't make any sense.

It was well located.

I found the access to the hotel to be difficult. Uber drivers regularly came to the back parking lot. It was quite circuitous to enter and exit the hotel.

Good location, decent stay for the pricing! Staff were also friendly and the facilities were great.

Washroom had no ventilation system and no lock for the washroom doors. Couldn't turn off the shower but was fixed quickly which was great. However, after the fix, the water could not go hotter and was lukewarm at max.

Overall Ok but I remember better days with Hilton Hampton Inn in Michigan and in Toronto

Missing shampoo was fixed next day Quite high night rates which does not justify. No breakfast included at those high rates

Did not feel safe leaving my car in their parking lot. Signs everywhere say “ not responsible for damaged or stolen vehicles “ Hotel is class to highway and car theft is real in and around Montreal.

Staff at the front desk was really rude and also did not answer our questions properly, he was just looking to be done with us as soon as he could.
