Beautiful property, rooms are in excellent condition, bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower was perfect, tile work was extremely well done. Host was very friendly and helpful, spoke limited English but was more than adequate to carry on necessary conversation. Breakfast was typical fare and very good. Breakfast room was in great condition. View from balcony was beautiful. Private parking was great and actually a luxury in Italy! Location was great, close to local restaurants, and right on the main route through this very beautiful valley. Excellent grocery store right next door. Recommend this B&B without hesitation. Very quiet and private.

Nothing, it was perfect

Kind host, clean room, comfortable bed, amazing view, yummy breakfast, nice bathroom, quiet at night. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I would 1000% come back. I really enjoyed my time here.

The only thing that my partner and I wished for in the hotel room was a do not disturb tag for the door, and an HDMI cord for the television to connect TV to our computer, in order to watch movies in our native language.

The hostess was the kindest woman that did everything to be sure everything was just right. The breakfast is amazing, the room very nice and spotlessly clean. Everything is updated and new including the bathroom which is large and very nice. We had a view of the mountains from our balcony which was a bonus, especially at sun set. The beds extremely comfortable. Location is great to go to both Seceda and Sassolungo. We had a car but you get free bus passes too which can bring you to these locations.

Not a lot to do at night. Restaurants are open but nothing else stays open. Can’t grab a gelato after dinner.

The place is exceptional. Every little detail is carefully selected. The villa is beautiful. The room was very big. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The window had blinds, so you can have a perfect sleep. There is a parking. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The host is great too.

The property is beautifully maintained. Everything looks new and clean. Our room was not large but decent size. The property is located in the center of Selva. Anna, the owner, is very pleasant and helpful. She understands English and is fluent in at least German and Italian. The breakfast is very good.

Like most small businesses in Italy, there is no elevator. There is some construction behind the hotel which our room faced but the sound proof was excellent and not active after 6 PM or over the weekend.

Everything is great here, 3 minutes to the bus stop, 1 minute to the supermarket. Anna the host served us wonderful breakfast every morning. Our room is spacious and very clean and comfortable, I would go to the balcony whenever I had the chance to look at the beautiful scenery.

Breakfast was filling and Sofia brought us coffee, an egg and yogurt each morning with a smile. The highlight was chatting with the other guests and Sofia never rushed us out. She even gave us hockey tickets for the local team; however, we couldn’t make it as we had dinner with friends.

The location of Villa Seceda was great - right in the middle of the town and a short drive or bus to Orteseii where a lot of the hikes/ cable cars are. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, very comfortable and quiet. The host was lovely and breakfast exceeded our expectations

The staff was super kind. Very flexible check in. The owner offered to store a valuable object in their attic 2 days ahead of my check in so I wouldn't have to keep it in my car trunk with potential damage due to the outside temperatures, which was extra nice of them.

We spent in Villa Seceda 5 nights. I liked everything - cosy and clean room with splendid view of mountains, very good breakfast, close proximity to the cable cars in Ortisei, Seceda, Col Raiser and very hospitable Anna and Walter! definitely recommend the Villa Seceda to those who want to spend a good holiday in the area near to Seceda. Hope to come back here for vacation more!
