It's was close to any restaurants and the beach. Very affordable and comfortable.

. The parking was a bit small. The blinds did not close, so I had to risk it and clap cheeks with the window exposed. The wifi was also not connecting, but it helped me clap cheeks bc she got off her laptop faster.

It appears to be recently renovated, so some fixtures are new and modern. Our large suite had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, bar sink and coffee maker. There was a separate toilet/shower room and the bathroom sink was outside. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot food, cereal and pastry/bread. Beds were comfortable and there was a desk and a sofa in our spacious room. Great value for a very nice property. Mid-island location near the water tower made it easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The doors throughout have not been replaced and our bathroom door stuck near the bottom so it was almost impossible to open it quietly. We also noticed gaps on some of the room doors at the top as we walked down the hallway. We also tried to open one of our windows and it basically fell out of the frame (luckily we caught it). It would not stay open on its own. We also chose this property because its website listed guest laundry, but there is no guest laundry - staff indicated that they have tried to remove it from the website. We would have chosen another hotel if we had known in advance, but as it turned out, we would have missed a gem.

The beds were very comfortable, the room very large. Big tv. The staff at reception and the breakfast very helpful and friendly.

The room was not serviced unless we asked for it. It was noisy, not good isolation between rooms. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast not great but adequate.

Location is great, the cleanness of the room is amazing. However there was no cold water in our shower so we had to showed with really hot water which was not fun.

Have cold running water in the shower especially because of these hot weathers. More variety in the breakfast area. Add donuts, better egg and potato quality. Add more healthy ingredients also. Like turkey sausage or bacon, wheat bread and apple juice. There was no apple juice , yogurt or coffee. Just hot orange juice.

Exceptionally clean, modern large, room with small kitchenette area including fridge and microwave. Breakfast was more than sufficient though not a huge choice. Located in the middle of Padre Blvd with short walk to all shops, restaurants, beach, etc.

Phone to reception not working in Room 214. No hand towel but this along with another bar of soap was happily provided.

Beds were so comfortable!!! I like that a refrigerator and microwave was provided in the room. Location is nice walking distance from the beach :)

Wifi was sometimes slow. If you want to check in early you have to pay $35.00 which I didn’t know before hand but it is near tourism so I wasn’t too suprised. But I would still stay at this hotel again!

Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing due to lack of variety,but may have been due to it was christmas morning. The room had no ice bucket or shampoo or conditioner, but went to front desk and they were very accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend this property.

The breakfast was adequate. I waited for more bacon on the second day but idk if it was refilled. I'm not sure if the eggs were an omelet or not.

Some comments above. However, after a day of sightseeing we came back to relax and watch TV. But the cable crashed. So no TV. It was disappointing.

Great budget hotel. It is set off the main drag (look for the water tower), so was quiet, but convenient location. Comfy beds. Walk down the pretty residential street to watch sunset on the water. Friendly staff, free breakfast.

No beach access, but there's plenty of that around.

When check in front desk I asked if side door was available for us to use come in was told yes waited out in the cold and rain never open had to walk to front entrance left my friend with our luggage out in the cold got another key and still didn’t work
