The location is great! It’s easy to get to and has lots of dining options nearby by. The price was so much better than staying in St. Louis, and it was only a 20 minute drive to the city. The parking lot is well-lit. The room was big and had a fridge and microwave.

The flat sheet was missing on the bed, which bothered me, but we did get one after requesting it. Someone forgot out it on when they made the bed apparently. Breakfast is very basic, toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt which was fine for us but may bother some guests.

All in all I am pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable and CLEAN! The price of my stay was very affordable. The location, within a cluster of other hotels and restaurants, is very convenient.

The waffle maker makes the breakfast highlight, but the rest of the offerings were fair at best. The rooms do not muffle sounds. Footsteps from the floor above, voices and doors closing in the hallway are noticeable.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Thought the breakfast could have been. I know it was a limited type but could have had a few more items to select. The location was ok but a little small. This morning (Sunday) a staff person wiped down the counters but left some cereal and crumbs on the counter when all he had to do was wipe it into his hand and throw away. Milk was empty and the jelly spread bin was empty.

Our game was in a rain delay, so we were gonna have a very late check-in. The hotel reached out thru a message, and we were able to relay back to them it was going to be late upon our arrival. They were very helpful when we got there! I was surprised when we went into the room because of how spacious it was. The next morning, they were very helpful in the dining area. They kept things stocked and full for all the guest. They even overheard my grandma and I talking about hot tea, and the gentleman working helped us out and showed her where to get her some tea! Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area! Thank you!!

The new furniture was great. Yet, the room was so large with a king bed and only one chair in the whole room. I mean, the Tucumcari Day's Inn has the same furniture in a room half the size at Collinsville. Yet, the Tucumcari Day's Inn also had a table and two chairs to eat at, write at, unwind at.... The Collinsville Day's Inn had a King bed in a huge room, half empty, with only one chair, and an uncomfortable chair at that.

Cleanliness is always #1 and the Collinsville location met my needs. The Manager on Duty, Billie, was absolutely the best. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. Billie was truly concerned about making our stay the best. She was great. There was also one housekeeping staff members who always met me with a smile and was super.

I don't like opening the door next to the sink area and bathroom. The sink/vanity area was very small.

I have stayed here many times with working in STL but live up north. You can tell the hotel is older but they have made some updates to the rooms and it has always been clean. I have never ran into a grumpy employee. They have always been nice and professional.

The pool is out at the moment. But that is it. They are working on getting a new heater for it.

Room was clean, nice, smell good, food was better than nothing! You can smoke your marijuana outside in the smoke area because marijuana in legal in Illinois! All kinds of restaurants near the hotel and the highway is right by the hotel too! I will stay again and the manager lady was very nice she helped me out when I was there and I really appreciate her! I can't remember her name, but she is a plus size woman w/eye glasses and she is Caucasian, she was very nice!!! Keep up the good work!!

The Pool wasn't working my whole stay but the last day of my stay, the Pool was back working!

Room was big enough for two adults and two toddlers. I like how the floor wasn't carpeted, easier to clean up after my toddlers.

We didn't have any maid service come in to clean our room. (We never had the sign on the door saying not to come in.) The breakfast needed more options. I have food allergies and all I could eat that was offered was the toast. The pool was clean, but the smell of the chlorine was overwhelming. The elevator sounded like it could crash at any time.

Breakfast needs a little work, needs to update menu a little. Other than Breakfast, Facilities were great, clean, quiet and staff very friendly and courteous. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very satisfying experience.
