We arrived very late off a delayed train and the staff were very responsive and understanding as we messaged them a number of times during the evening. The room we were allocated had a failure of the air-conditioning unit but as soon as we told them we were transferred to another room. The room bed and bathroom were excellent . There was a superb breakfast available. We were only in the hotel for 10 hours but were impressed and would recommend it to any other interail travellers.

Excellent location near the railway station. The staff on reception were very welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet (rear of hotel) and the silent aircon kept it just right (it was 31c outside). We really appreciated the ecological aims of the hotel. Breakfast offered a good choice. Our train the next morning, our train was delayed so the staff allowed back into the hotel to wait. Thank you, for your help!

Like most other city railway station areas, there were a few addicts/homeless but we never felt vulnerable.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Close by station. Sufficient space.

Parking is a few minutes' walking distance. Unfortunately, homeless people sleep there, so it doesn't feel safe. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. In general, clean, but if you looked at ventilation ... very dirty!

Excellent location right by the railway station and bus routes. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. English spoken. Quiet despite the busy area its in. The hotel even has a small bar!

The location of the hotel perhaps isn't in the prettiest part of town, but this is offset by the convenience for anyone arriving by train or needing to be close to the railway station. As for the hotel itself I can't think of anything I disliked.

We had a spacious room with spacious bathroom, bath stuff is included, kettle and cups too. Room is quite soundproof. But the most pleasant was breakfast: rich choice of different meat, salmon, vegetables, fruit and deserts. Location is great - near the railway station and FlixBus stop, streets are not crowded here though, which I liked a lot. The supermarket and different restaurants are nearby. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bottled water was supplied only on the day of check-in. We lived here for 6 nights, and no additional water was given to us for next days. If this issue is fixed, the hotel would be perfect.

Surprisingly very spacious room. Very simple but most importantly, it’s clean. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. I couldn’t find where to buzz at the door as my lack of French skill, then they showed me and fixed it right away. Thank you!

It’s not property’s fault but after booking I was contacted via booking.com messaging system that I need to update my financial information. The property said don’t do it on the same chat, and it left me slightly worry and not sure if I’m talking to scammer or hotel till I arrive and confirmed I have the booking.

Near the station and busy. I got a room in the back because the front is noisy. The room was nice, clean, and a good size. The room has only AC or heating, not both. It was a bit hot so I opened the window. Breakfast is very good and there are many options. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Parking is about one block from the hotel for 15 Euros per day and you can go in/out all day. There is no parking in front of the hotel, not even for one minute to check in first. It's about 30 minutes walk from the center or you take a bus.

It is a surprisingly nice place. Located at the doorstep of the central railway station, the three-star hotel offers a calm stay. My room was pretty cosy and calm. Free warter in the room. Friendly light system. Good choice of TV channels. Attractive price, good breakfast, welcoming and nice staff - nothing to complain about.

Not good if you are claustrophobic - the room overlooked an inner yard and the window was rather small, so no natural light in the room. But if you do not mind - than OK!

The hotel is located a stones throw away from Guillemins station, The room was huge, it felt more like a flat than a hotel room, Bed was extremely comfortable, The room was clean and the decor was modern, Staff were friendly and happy to help with any requests, Price very reasonable

The distance by foot to the city centre is very far but it is very easily accessible by a train from Guillemins station, The surrounding area feels a bit dodgy at night

I loved the location as it was opposite the Liege Guillemins train station. It is also very close to Flixbus stop. Hotel itself was clean and nice. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would come back. Breakfast was very good.

There was no fridge in the room. Water smelled and tasted bad but this is possibly something thats is a Liege issue and hotel can not do anything to help it so it is not their fault.
