The hotel is elegant and well-located. I deeply appreciated the way the Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Khadija, handled my concerns with professionalism and care. Her follow-up, generosity, and genuine hospitality turned a challenging start into a satisfying overall experience.

The check-in process was delayed and communication at the reception could have been better. My luggage was not delivered to the room as promised, and the room was not fully ready at the time of entry. However, the management took full responsibility and responded with great class.

Nice location, large and very clean room. Vey good breakfast with friendly staff ready to help us.

The fridge in the room was empty and there were very few coffee pods and tea bags. If you wanted a second tea you had to ask for a tea bag. There wasn't any welcoming treat in the room and the bathroom had equipment only for one person, not two. The prices of the menu were quite high. I'd like to visit it again because of the cleaness and the location, but I doubt if I will visit again Rabat due to the airlines that operate there (I was flying with Ryanair, and there were arbitrary charges just before boarding, so I left Rabat with negative emotions and I don't think that I'll return). The hotel is highly recommended if another airline is convenient for your flights. For me there is not this option for the time being.

The Robuchon restaurant was excellent, 5 star! (both dinners and breakfast) The staff were attentive, friendly and the food was very good. The room was spacious, well appointed, the beds were comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel's proximity to public transit and railway station were helpful. Staff were fluent in both English and French.

The service on the outdoor patio/terrace Robuchon (restaurant) was lacking - understaffed. yet, the Japanese restaurant and poolside staff were attentive and helpful. The piano music in the bar areas was pleasant but the hard surfaces of the area made the sound harsh and at times less than pleasant.

We had such a fantastic time at the Marriot in Rabat. Some of our highlights were: modern and well furnished rooms, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, fantastic service who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome (shoutout to Maha and the front office agent to helped us change rooms) and make our stay special - super friendly, interacting with our daughter, accommodating extra requests (shoutout to Safae and Achraf). Multiple restaurants within the hotel - several meals being above and beyond our expectations. The general manager was frequently present at the hotel to personally greet and ensure that guests were having a great time. The pool area was beautiful with comfortable sunbeds.

We stayed here for 5 days, and can only think of three improvement points: Unfortunately there were no kids options in the menus - however we could always get something for our 14 month old - sometimes half portions from the adult menu, sometimes choose from the breakfast options. It varied a little dependent on the chef - which is our second point of feedback as this also applied on the food. The restaurant next to the pool is playing loud music until 1am (weekdays too) - we had booked a room with 'pool view' without knowing this - luckily the front office organized a new room for us towards the other side of the building

Very smiling and friendly staff. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean and cozy. The outside area near the pool in the evenings had a live music which was really nice. Ideal for business trips and gatherings.

The only thing that I did not like were the pillows. Way too soft and uncomfortable for me.

Not a lot of restaurants options at the hotel. The hotel restaurant does not have a lot of varieties and it is way too expensive for Morocco and the portions are really small

I rated my stay at 10/10 as Front Desk Manager was proactive & when I’m checking out she personally apologised on behalf of the hotel’s team.

Overall experience staying here is okay but the service was below standards.

Great food in Le Grill Robuchon. Following a vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diet at the moment and the chefs and restaurant manager couldn't have been more accommodating. Lovely warm fresh GF rolls! Problem with my room heating blowing out cold air, fixed within the hour thank you!

room was noisy from the nightclub music until 2am on Thursday night. staff was nice enough to change my room for the last night the price is expensive...Compared to cost of life and things in morocco

Professional and well-mannered staff. You feel at ease and welcomed from the moment you step in like a true Marriot. Special thanks goes to Ms. Yasmine at reception and the housekeeping staff. Highly recommended property to try out.

Internet connection is not stable. Should be complimentary high-speed net like similar franchise hotels.
