This hotel deserves a much better rating than it has. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept in on the Camino. While some aspects are a little dated, everything was spotless. The staff are very helpful and the location great. We have no problem recommending this hotel.

The traffic noise is a little loud but earplugs fixed that. There is no AC but they do supply a fan and it did the job. We had a great sleep and it’s easy access to the Camino route.

The hotel isn’t significant in terms of the building size. The entrance is partly hidden. A lot of restaurants near by and few minutes from the center of the center. Staff is nice.

The view from our room was boring. The lady in the breakfast area send me down two floors to the coffee shop to get hot water to my tea cup. Well.

This hotel is amazing. I was able to add on another night at the property easily. There are a couple restaurants nearby. Near the Camino route. Comfy room. Clean facilities. Helpful staff. They also found my phone charger and put it in my bag before it was transported. So amazing. Thanks so much!

Good location for old town plus the Camino and the staff were very friendly. They also had a nice early breakfast available which saved us having to hunt for breakfast during low tourist season when lots of places are closed / open later. Breakfast was available at 7.30am

It’s a little older than some of the other hotels but it’s great value for money and very clean etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The hot water and bathtub were so enjoyable after a day of walking on the Camino! The location of the hotel was close to the Camino and local sites/restaurants.

The guests below us were smoking out of their window most of the afternoon and it made our room smell very bad. We couldn’t keep the big, beautiful windows open because of the smoke (and this also meant that we couldn’t dry our clothes with the windows open).

Comfortable and great location. We had a beautiful view of the park from our windows. No idea why it had bad reviews. Nice bathroom, no sounds from other rooms, good bed. Recommended!

Restaurant area a bit depressing. We skipped the breakfast and went to an excellent bakery around the corner.

Very nice quality hotel near the center that offers parking and breakfast for a reasonable price. The reception and staff were excellent and super helpful in every way. Breakfast buffet was great.

The bed was good though not great and the parking was very convenient but a bit of a tight squeeze for my not so compact rental.

Nice small hotel room in a the center without a view.

They provided the smallest amount of toiletries I’ve ever seen. I’m glad I had some soap with me. There were no breakfast avialable.

There were no food or drink facilities at the hotel on the Sunday evening when the town was pretty much ‘closed’ was not what I had expected. The receptionist did then manage to source some drinks for us but as a hotel I had expected wider facilities

Excellent location near everything. Right at the edge of the old city. Laundromat and restaurants very close. Elevator.

Bad smell coming from bathroom pipes. Glass bathtub shield in strange place near the toilet. Always feel like you're going to hit your head on it.
