Awesome value for money. The room was perfect for our family of 6. It had a separate space for one of the 3 beds and then the 2 other double bed in the main space. Would highly recommend to budget conscious families who want to stay in one room. The room was clean and the reception staff very useful and friendly to inform us on the changes to the Balloon festival which we were in town for.

Location was nice. On a lonely street but close to the shops. There is a river and a swimming pool near by. Sharon at the reception was awesome. She warned us about some possible nuisance while we went out on a night stroll. And later we realised why did she do so. Meet some horrible racist and homophobic guy. Room was clean, towels and sheets were clean too. It was quiet. Ample parking.

Most of the rooms had balcony with a view. Ours didn't. check with the reception before you check in. They didn't make the room on the second day.

The decor, colour scheme, fixtures including flat screen tv, reverse cycle quiet split system air conditioning, safe and tea coffee making facilities chosen when they had refurbished, has earned them a five star motel category in my books. We also needed a disability friendly room. They replied to me within an hour, to say that they have allocated a room to suit our needs. We weren’t disappointed. The receptionist, upon our arrival was very warm and friendly also. I didn’t get to order (out voted) from their Indian food menu ( room service or takeaway), alas next visit!

Spacious room and well equipped with toaster, microwave and table and chairs for making breakfast, although it was a pity this isn’t listed in the facilities so you can bring some food. It also has a rare phenomenon for any class of accommodation: a shower that didn’t leak water out everywhere.

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We were given fresh milk for our coffees.

The table and chairs outside our room left very little space to move past on the upper level. Everyone wanting to get past ended up making a lot of noise brushing past the balcony. The WiFi was extremely poor. There was no point connecting to it unfortunately.

The woman who assisted us was incredibly helpful and amiable. She was willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had, including providing us with bowls for our breakfast. The room was also clean and tidy, with fresh towels.

My husband took care of the spider in the room. That's life in the county!

The beds are super comfy. Had an electric blanket, perfect for a very cold night. The room heating was perfect.The room has a kettle and microwave. The owner was lovely and easy to check in.

There are no facilities to clean the cups and plates. Only 2 out of 3 beds had an electric blanket. No tv controller.

Location is great. Walking distance to club and pubs. Very comfortable and good value for money I think.

First time I stayed was at one of front rooms, I like room to be completely dark, verandah light was on and shining through too long. Suggest asking for a room bottom back if you need darkness like me :) 2nd stay, got the bottom back. Best sleep in a while

Great location and much better prices than the other motel in the town. Been and husband were very professional and couldn't be more obliging. This is the second time we have stayed here and would recommend it.

Accommodation was very clean and well presented. Staff friendly and Welcoming. Great Location, Central to Town. High Speed Internet.

Very minimalistic, no plates for cereal, no sharp knife, very limited plates and cutlery. Amateur repair work, needs some TLC.
