Excellent sized rooms and beautiful property in general. Rooms n bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast options were great and good quality excellent.

There was no microwave in the rooms. I had a back injury and travelled with a 2 month old so needed a microwave in the room or in the common area at least. The hotel restaurant had a strict closing at 10 pm and no microwave made it difficult to heat food or heat pack anything late at night. A microwave is essential in expensive 4 star hotels like this one. The price of the rooms was bit overpriced and restaurant was very expensive for other meals. We had stayed in a similar hotel in the main Orange town centre during our last visit and had a kitchenette in the room so expected similar facilities at a more expensive hotel. Maybe this feedback can be used and the hotel can make some amendments.

Everything was great...no complaints. Room was big, clean and comfortable.The location is a short drive to the town, in a nice quiet area next to the hospital. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. I never use the toiletries in the hotels, as they are usually not good, but this hotel had very nice toiletries.

It would have been great if they also offered barista coffee, as part of the buffet breakfast ....and not have to charge extra for this option. Hot chocolate would have been a good option as well, especially for the kids.

This hotel is amazing and we highly recommend. The friendly staff both in the hotel and restaurant were so obliging, we had a free room upgrade and they were more than happy to check us in early at 11:30am as we were running way ahead of time. The room was well appointed, beds extremely comfortable with multiple pillow choices and blankets available in the room. This place is spotless, the bathroom so roomy and the shower was excellent. This place felt like home and the only thing we were disappointed about was that we only could stay one night due to our plans. Would definitely come back for a longer stay. The restaurant is lovely with a beautiful breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious, good size bathroom Cupboard space desk space tea & coffee space. The bed was super comfy the pillows we stole as they we unreal KIDDING BUT I WANTED TOO. The restaurant was beautiful the breakfast buffet was included in our room booking. It was well stocked & really popular with all who stayed there. Quiet for a weekend next to a private medical clinic 4 - 1/2 out 5 stars We got a taxi from the reception to the The Hayshed wedding & events icely road Emu swamp nsw . It was beautiful but the cold temperature later that evening was too much for most they all donned parkers jumpers & the like the heating was inadequate .....needs a fire place or strip heaters all inside for guest comfort

The bathroom tap was loose forgot to tell them bugger!!! The bar closed at 10 pm or so on Saturday nite we got 1 cocktail each yep big fail Way too far from town but then it was quiet 🤫

Huge room in a great location - easily accessible with plenty of parking, even on a full Easter long weekend! The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in while travelling. Lovely helpful staff.

Breakfast. The set up of the room could've been much better thought out. Having the toast station next to the front entrance made it awkward and caused a bottleneck for everyone coming and going. Also should be two toast stations when 100% occupancy. Children should also be monitored when using a buffet. Lots of fingers picking things up and putting them back. No other complaints.

Attention to detail with all aspects of the hotel. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Bed was so comfortable. The room had a ceiling fan which was so great. Good heating and a window that opened if needed. Amazing place to stay. Opposite the hospital. Quiet. We would stay again, but would eat in the restaurant unless the menu changed.

No undercover parking and in winter or summer, that could be an issue. The restaurant menu wasn’t that good for us. The restaurant and bar area wasn’t a warm environment. A bit sterile and cold feeling. They have a fireplace (not wood burning) but it wasn’t on. If it were on the bar would feel more warm and inviting. Menu items didn’t have much variety. It was 3° and no soup on the menu. Nothing basic to eat (I just had some surgery and needed some plain items to eat which they didn’t have). The thought of crocodile for dinner wasn’t appealing in any type of dish. We had breakfast there and the porridge was cold and I couldn’t cut into the French toast to have it. Everything else was great and a lot of variety.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and peaceful. We were checked in (and out) by the lovely Sharon who was very personable and professional! The rooms were a good size with 2 king size beds that were very comfortable and a flat screen TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of options to choose from. The centre of town is a short drive that has a great main street with shops and great eateries. Alfio's pizza and Maithil Rasoi Indian restaurants were a bonus find with great food and personable staff. Our visit to Orange was a really enjoyable experience and we hope to return soon.

Bathroom floor flooded easily from shower recess which seems to be a common problem with hotels. The glass panel is slightly too short and the floor slopes down towards the doorway, so gravity allows water to run out of recess. A small, elevated retainer strip would fix this.

This is the second time we’ve stayed. I find it very comfortable, clean and the staff are lovely. I’m relocating to the area and will stay regularly to check in with my project manager. I also like the local knowledge and the toiletries are lovely.

If you’re on business or require a quiet room, request a higher floor away from the families. It’s understandable that kids are excited to go out but walking the length of the hallway to get to breakfast before 0800 talking at the top of their lungs is not pleasant to wake up to.

Nice clean, spacious room with fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. Lovely colour scheme. The room has all the essentials for a relaxing stay in a very quiet, green, modern and out of town area. Jenny at reception was welcoming and generous.

Standard buffet breakfast was ok. But pastries,breads,bagels looked stale. And I don't like saying this, but today, all the slices of the sliced breads in 3 boxed tray were molded! We informed the workers, who straight away took away the molded slices and put new slices of bread for everyone to enjoy. Also a chicken or roast beef option for sandwiches would have been nice. When asked we were told only ham was available.

The Remington was very clean and had a lovely refreshing smell in the room. The room was spacious and had many in room ammenities eg. tea, coffee, shortbread & toiletries. All staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. I really liked how housekeeping left towels & soap outside the door when the ‘do not disturb’ sign was up. 11am checkout and free parking is helpful for guests. Although the location is outside of the CBD it is conveniently situated near Orange Base Hospital and Bloomfield medical centre. We would recommend to anyone needed to stay close to these services.

The buffet breakfast was a bit lack lustre and some items were stale, the bagels were rock hard. During weekdays the latest seating was 8:30am. The restaurant was good but not amazing for the price. Steaks were underwhelming. The Room service had very limited times available to order and totally different menu to the restaurant.
