The stay was pleasant with a beautiful view of the vineyard. The breakfast options were simple but it was available anytime during the day or night which is amazing. The staff that received us and helped us with check in was very good and explained every required detail well.

The room had a small tear in one of the curtains, the sofa bed had a blanket with wobbles and the carpet could have been bit more well clean (By vacuuming). This in any way did not disturb or impact our stay.. it is something to improve thats all.

Turners is always a nice peaceful place to stay, however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade with furniture and colours etc. The one bedroom villa with spa was lovely and clean, spacious, but the lay out with the bathroom actually in the bedroom and no privacy seems a little old fashioned and it was strange as we weren’t travelling as a couple.

We stayed in a villa and couldn’t see a thing as the trees are so overgrown and dead trees are laying behind it.a good chop of those would make all the difference as I’d been spruiking the view and all we were looking at was piles of dead trees and overgrown trees when we sat on the balcony. The price should come with a great view ( and less stains on the red velvet chairs in the room 😬)

The room was spotless, a huge plus for any traveller, the location is peaceful and the staff are always so welcoming. They provide a great continental breakfast plus facilities to cook your own food as there is no restaurant, and you can purchase their wine which is always a pleasure to drink. Checkout is 11am and I find the extra hour makes the morning of checkout very relaxing. Have made this my regular place to stay as I am on a medical journey, so after a day of doctors and scans, the tranquility and comfortable room is perfect.

I like everything but there is no restaurant on site so you will have to drive to get meals, but cooking facilities are available

Absolutely fantastic location.The breakfast is basic but had all we need for a decent feed. Considering the price, it’s actually really worth it though. Two nights stay would be ideal to explore Orange and the motel vicinity. Vineyards are amazing with little bunnies running around and wallabies father away.. Don’t be fooled with the name ‘Motel’. The facility is as good as any decent hotel.Definitely going back.

Nothing serious, but some renovation like a change of carpets would be good.

The door to villa had been broken previously and fixed poorly so it was really hard to open The second bedroom didn’t have a power point which proved a problem as my friend went to bed after me and uses a CPak machine for breathing The movie channel didn’t work

The staff (Daphne & Ingrid) were great and the view was excellent. The room was comfortable with no additional heating necessary even though the temp outside got down to 6 (early April). The choice at the continental breakfast was great as well. One final thing, it was a really quiet and peaceful place to stay.

That we could only stay for the weekend and not longer.

The view was incredible and the apartment had everything we needed for an adult family of 5. We appreciated the generous breakfast which included fresh milk and real butter - a bonus. Also a selection of bread, yoghurt, cereals, a gluten free cereal and coffee pods. We also enjoyed the beautiful birdlife and peace. The staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

Well maybe the soap and shampoo/conditioner could have been of a higher standard. But we are fussy people. Be mindful of the traffic, but it wasn't a real concern. Thankyou.

Able to book a 2 bedroom apartment-the balcony overlooks the vineyard and has the most gorgeous views, very enjoyable to watch the sunsetting and the sunrise here along with the kangaroos as they run through the vines and up the hills.

Room wasn’t stocked with tea and coffee or milk- so we had the kettle and cups but no supplies. There was a continental breakfast available down the corridor included in room rate. Location wise you need a car or Uber as it’s not close to local restaurants/cafes which meant someone had to be the sober driver or Uber which was $20 each way. But it was a lovely property so you can’t always have it all- because it’s located within a gorgeous vineyard.

Loved views of the vineyard from the balcony. Good value and comfortable bed. Breakfast supplies were good.

There were no easy options for meals as the restaurant was closed- we understand that it was due to Covid. Got some food delivered but not great quality and poor selection of restaurants if you want better quality food and don’t eat junk.

We were running late for check-in and had no reception till we were pretty much there, We received a text letting us know where we could find our room key. Was a great relief as we were stressing. The first night the heater didn't work, we were told they were unable to get a technician out for a couple of days, so they moved us to another room. It was absolutely no drama for them. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and always helpful.
