Right from the original booking through to our departure the Quest provided excellent service, we were extremely happy with our room - it was so clean, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Reserved car parking was great, well worth the additional nightly cost. Staff were wonderful and the follow up messages during our stay to check to ensure everything were good and were very much appreciated. It is within walking distance to shops and eateries , will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orange

Not a thing - 100% perfect

The staff were very thoughtful and provided good info about the facilities and room servicing. The room was in excellent condition and was cleaned to a high standard. The curtians were effective for sleeping. Bathrooms were spacious and well maintained. Overally the facilities are excellent. I ate in the downstairs cafe and also at the 'factory expresso' across the road - both are great options. Even the car spaces are well sized and conveniently located. It's the third time I stayed here, but I did not review before.

What's not to like? I didn't find any issues here.

The location was great. It was so good that the staff asked me the bed configuration prior to our visit as we were 4 girls. The choice of room was definitely reached our expectations. Also convenient to park our car just under the premises. It is a definite option to come back.

No bad comment about the place but a little feedback about the cafe that we had our breakfast, under the apartments… the menu was average and they were not open minded to modify our choices as per our needs. Also bringing our order to the table was not on time. First and the easiest order came last. Thx

Great 3 bedroom unit, comfy large beds. Walkin shower in the ensuite which was good for my elderly mum. Kitchen was setup well. Ate at the restaurant down stairs , food was delicious. Location was great, could walk to shops & main st strip. Coffee shop across the road .... great coffee

Although the food was great the restaurant, it was cold sitting in there eating. Could feel the chill coming through the windows.

The room was very comfortably sized and the bathroom was very roomy!! The lift was a very smooth transition between floors. The cleanliness was beyond reproach and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming!

My card key was a little bit funny when in the elevator and a couple of times I did think I was trapped because the sensor was reacting but not locking onto the picked floor and also not opening the doors. HOWEVER as I was only staying for one night I did not want to make an issue of it. And I just waited till the sensor cleared (?) FANTASTIC AMENITIES!

Did not have breakfast but did have great meal in restaurant for dinner. Towels in the bathroom were lovely and soft, kitchen was very well equipped.

Stayed for 2 nights, when room was cleaned no replacement milk , sugar, soap was issued. Think if you stay for more than one night you should be entitled to the same extras you receive for a single nights stay.

We have stayed here before and it is nice, quiet, central and clean. Unfortunately we got a call the morning of our planned arrival to say that there had been a plumbing issue and our booking had to be cancelled. They offered to pay for alternate accommodation but it was too far from where we had booked dinner with friends so we got a refund and stayed elsewhere.

We were greeted by a very polite reception manager and the check-in was speedy and easy. We were sorry we were unable to stay longer. We liked the selection of teas and coffee and really enjoyed the nightime tea, in particular.

The bathroom floor did not look completely clean but the bedding and kitchen were very clean and comfortable.

Friendly welcome, room immaculate and thoughtfully supplied in kitchenware and toiletries. Location is excellent as we didn't have a car and walked everywhere. Loved the art gallery, and the current exhibition by Euan McLeod. The hotel restaurant was very handy with an extensive menu and we also bought beautiful cake at Racine bakery. Cook park was so pretty with autumn colours and overall we thought the town and lovely avenues offered a lot for visitors.

This modern building is central (only a block behind the main street) with beautiful clean amenities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were upgraded on arrival to an executive one bedroom. The balcony had views over the town and was big enough to actually use, and the room was very comfortable and well designed and furnished. Parking was not a problem at all. We had contact during our stay to check if we needed anything which was a lovely touch.
