Comfy bed, newly renovated bedhead, new sofa and spacious room! Nice and quiet area, just minutes from KFC and Maccas. Overall an enjoyable stay at Orange!

The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The ceiling above the shower/ bath was cracked, leakage droplets of water under the sink. Visible molds here and there. We didn't mind as it's still acceptable and didn't bother us that much but a bathroom upgrade is necessary.

The Room was a very nice surprise. Nicely renovated and very comfy king bed. Loved the Yellow Chair and images on the walls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The restaurant was not open on Weekends so that was disappointing. The Hotel appeared to be quite full so I think the restaurant should be available for weekend travellers.

Location good on main road. Rooms all newly refurbished. We were put into wheelchair accessible room dye to very late booking. Room very comfortable. Was lacking crockery and adequate cutlery I had to go and request from reception. Found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. Staff were very efficient.

We were greeted by the lovely Karen who was extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The room exceeded our expectations, included chairs and even a table. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed.

The lighting above the table was not very bright, plenty of light for eating and doing most things. The restaurant was closed for the weekend, I had hoped to eat there on the Saturday night when we arrived.

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Busy night stay, many filled rooms around where we were located, but we were not impacted by noise. Very pleased that vehicles parked front in and were not required to reverse into parking space, as less impact to neighbours when leaving.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. TV was a great size and could swivel so we could enjoy watching from the lounge. Room was spacious and on ground floor. Room included a lounge and a table with 2 comfortable chairs. Staff were very helpful regarding things to do and see. Plenty of parking. Hotel was easy to find and driving distance to centre of town.

Needed blinds in the bathroom. Lots of light coming through the bathroom from outside. Constant draft through bathroom window. Meal from the restaurant was cold - plate was not heated up and the silver metal cover had not been heated up at all. Would have sent it back however we were starving, meal was ordered towards the end of service and delivered just on closing. The meal itself was cooked perfectly and would have been fantastic of not for that. Informed the reception when checking out and they were very apologetic.

Bathrooms need an upgrade

We travelled late to motel. Just got there before closing time however the staff were unbelievably nice and accommodating. Extremely thoughtful.

Bathrooms are a little dated compared to the room. But it was still clean and functional.

Nice room, everything in good order. Hot water on demand, kettle, tv etc

Mix up with payment. I intended to pay with cash, but my visa had already been debited at 4pm with a 1.3% fee. THAT IS NOT OK! Noisy from some kind of equipment near the building (ACs?) - my earplugs saved the night. Noisy bathroom fan, comes ON with the light. Should be separate.
