Facilities were very clean, bed comfy, choice of pillows (even though we brought our own), and plenty of facilities such as good size fridge and the washer/dryer was a good value ad. Covered in balcony with hot air from aircon unit was a welcome bonus drying out some wet clothes and items after caught in the rain.

Uneven hallway floor near bathroom door caught us off guard a couple of times with a half stumble to keep our footing. Toilet seat was not hinged properly on lhs, so some jiggling adjustments were needed each time for it to remain upright position. Doorway to room would slam shut when we exited which made a loud noise. Some insect screens on balcony windows would be good idea.

The place was very clean. Very modern and quite secure. I was worried about the noise of traffic and what looked to be a train line behind the property, but the room was well insulated and I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring apartments or anything outside. I came after reception hours, so was text messaged instruction for obtaining my room key and access which was excellent and easy to follow. I also appreciated them turning the heater on for me and some lights left on so that I was comfortable as soon as I had opened the room. Very thoughtful! The room layout was a bit strange and probably would have liked the tv facing into the bed, so I could watch tv in bed while winding down for sleep, but due to space, I understand why this wasn’t possible. I didn’t cook or use any of the kitchen, so really can’t review any of the kitchen, it seemed ample for the size and reasonably well stocked with equipment. I was happy to find a Nespresso coffee machine with a number of pods for my morning coffee. I stayed at a number of places in their past couple of weeks for a work trip which has seen me travel all over NSW and QLD., this has to be the cleanest and great value for money offering free wifi, (you would think in this day and age everyone does, but surprisingly they don’t) espresso coffee machine, enough power points to charge a range of devices, (watches, tablets, phones). Overall I was probably most impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

The new apartment was a great bonus. Its location is highly convenient, being close enough to town for a short travel time while still far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town center. The apartment was fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and was extremely clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

There were a few downsides, specifically with the room we stayed in. Our room, located on the first floor and facing the main road, had an enclosed balcony. This made the space feel slightly claustrophobic as there was barely any natural light coming in. Without a watch, it was difficult to tell the time of day, which felt a bit disorienting. Additionally, during our stay, which coincided with a rainy week, we noticed a persistent issue with water dripping. It appeared to be either a leak in the balcony roof or water dripping from the AC unit of the apartment above. The constant sound of dripping water throughout the night made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Room was lovely, shower was absolutely awesome. When I first saw the bed I thought I was going to be cold but no the quilt and blanket were lovely and warm, very comfortable. Didn’t like the block out shutters on the verandah when I got there, but soon understood why they kept the freezing wind at bay and the rain and snow out. Lady at reception was so friendly and made everything easy, gave advice on where to go, made sure we were happy with everything, couldn’t compliment her more. Overall amazing place.

Although the room was a little narrow it was quite long giving ample space to move about. There is undercover parking and the swipe card access worked well.

Finding a space to lay out our cases was a bit of an issue. I eventually used the top of the washing machine. The apartment block is quite a distance from the centre of town if you were walking to there. The car access was fine. The block backs onto the rail line but trains are infrequent. In our two night stay we only heard two trains and the noise was not particularly loud.

Modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfy bed, coffee machine, full sized fridge, washer/dryer and free wifi. Secure basement parking. The room was very quiet despite facing a busy road. The receptionist was super friendly, efficient and helpful.

No natural light despite having a small balcony. The balcony was enclosed with fixed shutters, obviously to assist minimise traffic noise, but you can't see through them and natural light does not penetrate.

The microwave was in an unsafe position. It is taught in First Aid Courses that for safety, the microwave should be at bench height. Access: At bench height, you can easily access the controls and remove hot food without straining. Viewing: You can easily see food while it's heating, grilling, or backing. Cleaning: You can access all areas of the oven, especially when cleaning. Height: The base of the microwave should be between 900 mm (36 in) and 1250 mm (49 in) above the floor".

Stylish and quite lovely new apartments, clean and comfortable, slept very well. Found it good value for money. Staff member I dealt with was lovely too.

It is not the prettiest part of Orange -backs onto a train line (but no noise issue) - and is maybe a 20-25 min walk into shops & restaurant area, which when it's cold/wet is a wee bit inconvenient if you wanted to be on foot. None of which are real issues, just something to be aware of.

The apartments are well equipped and furnished with everything I needed for a weekend stay. The room is a nice size, efficiently laid out. Everything appears new and it’s kept clean. Friendly receptionist Short easy walk to the Main Street Plenty of undercover parking

The pillows - they are either very soft or very big and firm. There’s a balcony but it’s shuttered to keep out street noise so not an inviting space.

Fantastic stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. Loved having a little kitchenette in the room. Staff were friendly, waited for us as we were delayed in our arrival time due to storm.

Not much to dislike, the only issue we had was walking back to the hotel from town centre, it was raining and felt like a long walk. But that was the fault of the weather not the hotel, it is only 10 minutes from town and flat, easy trip.
