Beautiful hotel! Beds were extremely comfortable!

Nice stay but alot of homeless people waiting at the doors.

The location is in the historic downtown and close to the attractions I wanted to visit. I loved the way the hotel preserved the timbers and other features from this building's past. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our first floor room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting between the beds. The fixture didn't offer much light so it was hard to see much after dark. This was a very minor inconvenience.

The room was fantastic...large, comfortable sitting area with TV and workspace; at least 20' ceiling with exposed wood/beams; efficient and quiet air conditioning; standard sized/stuffed pillows on a bed that slept very well; clean and stylish bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the lobby was very cool and welcoming; and the location was perfect for walking to entertainment and dining.

My only complaint would be the glass shower door needed a rubber seal to keep the water from flooding out onto the floor.

The location is great. The decor/style is great. Giant windows & tall ceilings made the room feel super spacious.

When we arrived & checked into our room it wasn’t clean. (surfaces, mirrors, needs soap & towels…) we were told there weren’t any maids on premises until the next morning. This should never happen!! The hotel was very busy & they seemed under staffed. The next morning at breakfast someone came around to check on our stay & took care of the situation immediately. The breakfast could just be a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!

Very unique and historic building in the heart of Montgomery. Former wholesale grocery in the early 1900s then furniture outlet later on. This is what should be done with older buildings! Excellent experience, and pretty clean and great customer service!

Can’t say there was anything I disliked truly about it. But it would be nice if they had their own free parking lot. It’s all valet unless you find a street spot with a meter. It was the weekend so it was free, so no issue there.

Tayonna (front desk)was very professional and didn’t stop until she found my reservation. Kayla (parking attendant) was phenomenal. She was able to find my car after they misplaced my vehicle

Valet parking was horrific. We waited >30mins to get my car. I found out they “loss” my car. After another 5mins they finally found my car . I was late to my appointment.

I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and how large the rooms are.

The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest. I expected better quality from a Marriott.

They were under staffed.. check in was at 4.. we arrived at around 4:30 & the room was not ready until around 5:15.. but after we got to the room we forgot all about the wait.. this was the only issue.. other than that this stay was excellent

The rooms are unique, very spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are very professional and very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with many options. Loved the sausage biscuits! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area and restaurants via walking. There is limited parking near the front entrance but many parking spaces elsewhere.

We did not have housekeeping visit our room for the two nights we were in town. We were out of the room from 9am until 7pm both nights. However, we don't require much and made our own bed.

Beautiful hotel in downtown with easy walking access to most food options. Great access to the riverwalk trail as well. Staff were very kind and helpful. Parking was available on the street and easy to come by on the weekend.
