The building is beautiful, and well kept with high ceilings being a common thread as well as the character the owner has infused it with. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, a good coffee machine, fridge & seating space, and ours had a lovely spa bath with a rainfall shower. The lighting is unique though complicated to figure at first it is nice to customise the lighting so much to your own liking. Sofie was an excellent host and the breakfast is definitely plentiful and put together with such care.

The bathroom doesn’t have a door, it is a draped curtain which me & my partner were divided on. Even with the heating on in the main room the bathroom did get quite cold. Though the sink was a cool tray-waterfall style it meant anything at all more solid than a water droplet got stuck in the drain; we came home one day to find 3 flies stuck in it which sometimes can’t be stopped but it wasn’t the best.

It's a great hotel! Really friendly staff, although I'm not sure I met the owner who I was in touch with. The rooms are spacy and decorated in a funky way. And the breakfast is really good, with some healthy options but also more than enough for two persons.

The location is in a good part of Antwerp, but unfortunately quite noisy at night. There were actual parties going on underneath our window, which woke us up a few times. And perhaps the bathroom could do with a door to close it off.

Boutique hotel, feels like staying at friends; very spacious room, great bathroom with spa, great location, close to the riverside and MAS / Eilandje. Tasty breakfast, delivered to the room.

Should have stayed longer.

When I stepped into the hotel, I felt that I was in a clean, well-organized, and comfortable place with very kind hosts! The room and bathroom were big, with plenty of windows and facilities. The ventilation was sufficient. The fridge was full of drinks at reasonable prices. The complimentary tea and coffee were on point. Sofie and her husband were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast service to the room in the morning was a special touch. I also liked the customized letters to the guests with all practical information, including favorite restaurants in Antwerp. Bravo! The next time I am in Antwerp, I will not search for a hotel.

I do not think there was anything I did not like in particular. There was one point that was my fault. I did not mention my dietary restrictions for breakfast. So, if you want to stay here and have dietary restrictions/preferences, share them with Sofie.

Great location to explore historic Antwerp. Fantastic breakfast served in your suite. Good choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order so there are stairs, not good for less able persons. Car parking outside limited to 3 hours, but underground carpark available, 5 minute walk away. Quite expensive.

Loved breakfast being delivered with a wide range of choice. The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. Good location to access all you'd want to see / do. And the tub is amazing!!

It could benefit from a brighter light in the bathroom to see better when you're getting ready to go out. The lighting options are amazing and romantic but not very bright nor practical.

Really nice room. Whirlpool was really luxurious our girl loved it and wanted to go there three times. Owner really flexible about check-in time and responds quickly to messages. Have to admit that we would wanted to stay longer.

I have nothing to complain about this property. Sophie was very gentle and courteous. the room is perfect, high ceiling, very tidy, the view was beautiful. I strongly recommend this place. the breakfast is wonderful. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Antwerp.
