All the staff are so friendly and delightful. It is like staying with family, they are so kind. I ordered the breakfast and it is extremely good value for money. There is a buffet, and in the dining room there are small tables, so being a solo traveller you do not feel out of place. My bedroom had a balcony so I could sit outside in the evenings. The location of the hotel is perfect for the town.

The one and only thing I did not like was the noise from the other residents every single night of my stay until the early hours. On my last night the person in the room next door had their television on loudly until 4 in the morning! Maybe they were asleep? However I was unable to sleep even with earplugs................................................

Small, quiet, nice space and friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was calm and quite beautiful. Easy access to the city by train.

Location - right in the middle of Enghien les Bains - close to shops and restaurants and close to the lake. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room and bathroom were very clean.

Being on the top floor, the room was a bit stuffy as it was a hot day.

The staff on reception were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. I was amused by the fire instructions on the back of the bedroom door. In case of a fire I was supposed to try and put it out myself with an appropriate fire extinguisher. Goodness knows where they were as the hotel has a labyrinth of corridors going up and down.

The hotel was extremely run down and outdated. The communal areas were terrible. There was a lot of noise at night from other residents who did not respect the fact that others may be sleeping. The bath was small, narrow and deep and it was difficult to get out of. To fill the bath I had to use the shower head as there were no taps, and the plug was a rubber cover. The door locks were noisy. The garden at the back was completely overgrown. I never did find the room where breakfast was served, and in fact I was pleased I didn't need to find it.

it was dingy and didn’t feel clean, the air in our room was stagnant and the beds were very uncomfortable - we wanted it to work for us because the price was right but we ended up leaving after our first night there and staying at another hotel close by.
