As a family traveler's we really enjoyed animations organised by the hotel (all the best to Miss Yoel), twice a day, before noon and in the evening Kids were entertained by dedicated person: karaoke, dancing, snooker etc. On top, hotel is very well located, in the middle of the island, very close to the airport. This allows you to discover whole island and reach each side of it in one day.

Not applicable, i would say, that entrance is bit difficult, if you are lucky enough to get in touch with one lady, that looks little bit like black haired Merida. Hotel, in first touch, looks like it has his best time behind, but later on, you will discover very well maintained small houses, comfy bed etc. All good, dont trust first impression.

this was our second time at Caybeach, the accommodation is pretty basic but it has everything you’ll need for a self catering holiday. the location is first class , only a short dander to so many restaurants and you will definitely not be bored because there is so much entertainment in the resort itself. The pool is a good size and we always managed to get a sun lounger by the pool but if you want to stay and sunbath at your chalet there are two loungers at each apartment. the bar has happy hour from 12 noon till 1 pm and also from 5pm to 6pm. great value and their cocktails are first class. They also have first class Wi-Fi throughout the hotel…

the two ring cooker was basic, ideally if they were ever to do a makeover I’d suggest a proper cooker with an oven. other than that the apartments seem ok.

Hotel was centrally located and within easy access of all facilities. Rooms are adequate and functional. Breakfast had wide variety of choice and the omelette station was excellent. Beds were comfy.

Lack of sun beds and being prepared for a war at exactly 10am every day. With only 80 available, it was always a lottery. If you ventured out for the day, forget making any plans to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. You have to pay for air con.

10mins taxi from airport, brilliant location (once you get your bearings). Free wifi, very relaxed and friendly staff. Walk in showers and lovely pool. Each property has a terrace with table/chairs and 2 sunbeds per bedroom.

Petty but my husband would have liked the shower tray re-siliconed (but that's his trade).Read online security concerns, we were not affected having got an extra key and ensured bungalow was locked if one of us was in alone sleeping/showering etc. Sunbed 'bagging' but we don't play that game! Happens everywhere but Caybeach do their best and they are stacked and locked 'til 10am

The bungalows were lovely, nicer than i expected for the price. Well layed out so you're not looking directly into neighbours apartments. Lovely out side area with table, chairs and loungers. We had 2 apartments booked for our family of 6 and they gave them to us beside each other which was great. The breakfast buffet was such good value and delicious. The pool area was never too busy and kept very clean. The Caybeach was in a great location just minutes walk to beach, shops and plenty of resturants.

The first few days the music at the pool bar was very loud and made it hard to chat or relax but after that the volume was lowered. No other negatives at all

Great quiet location near to buses ,shops, beach and restaurants. Pool nice and heated slightly.Gym in resort although didn't use as didn't have time! Lovely comfortable beds.A bit of entertainment put on.Ambience was good with virtually all nice staff.

Only 1 British TV channel (news). Rooms could do with a little renovation. Whole apartment block a bit open,anyone could walk in but felt secure .Didn't like paying 150 Euro damage deposit as have always left accommodation in near perfect condition although received refund next day. Would stay again definitely.

location was incredible. The swimming pool was lovely and lots of available sun beds food was delicious staff were helpful friendly and professional

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. It was also cleaned three times during our 5 day stay. All staff except one were very nice, polite and helpful. However one member of staff just couldn't be bothered but it didn't dampen my stay.

One member of staff clearly wasn't keen on making a good impression however the other staff made up for that. Entertainment advertised never happened when we were there, but we ventured out and still enjoyed our experience

they really could do with getting more sun loungers. plenty of room for at least 10/15 more. lots of families left with no loungers and causes friction
