Really good stay. Arrival well organized with key safely stored for us on our late arrival. Ski locker room easily accessible from both internally and externally when returning. Apartment well equipped, decent powerful shower, lots of space for hanging and drying ski kit. Vallee Blanche lift just across the road to access the Big Area. Excellent all round - Thank you Team!

Location good for skiing both sides of resort. Easy to get skis and passes as close to those facilities. Loads of nice dining near by.

Rooms could have better facilities for hanging damp ski gear. 2 hooks in hallway not enough. Room was a little tired. As was towels and sheets. Although they where clean and pressed.

Great sized and priced property in good location

The property was very dirty upon arrival. They are clearly not checked between guests. After a 12 hour drive across europe we were faced with a two hour deep clean to bring the property up to standard. Thankfully as a consequence we did not have to clean up upon departure although we did leave it tidy

Location is good

Check in is 4pm, we arrived at 3.45 and couldn’t even leave our bags until 4pm, just would have been nice to be let in early as it wouldn’t have made a difference. Everything is very basic and run on a shoestring clearly, for the price it would be better to have cleaners make the beds.

Location, nature, mountains, resort, skiing were amazing. Apartment is small but comfortable. We may recommend les 2 alpes for your holidays. We have got only positive impressions.

The service was really weird. I would say there was no service at all. Everything was for additional price, including linen. Moreover they required to clean an apartment. Cleaning prices look more like penalty, which doesn't left you any choice. And finally they turned off Internet for weekend.

The room was so small compared to the photos, it was the smallest accommodation I have had in LDA.

Lobby hall was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was filthy.

Had to make our own beds! And then strip them in the morning even though the info said they would be made

Location is convenient for Belle Etoile ski lift, transfer buses and local shops. It's a little farther to the main restaurant/bars area but still quite close. The apartment was a reasonable size for skiing - i.e. fairly small but not excessively so. The kitchen had most of the basic equipment you would expect.

Check in was a joke. Reception is only staffed part of the day and then despite all information having being provided in advance of arrival, it took around 10 minutes per check in. Given the number of people checking in at the start of the week, this meant a queue of well over an hour. In theory, there is a number you can call if you arrive outside of reception hours, but in practice no one answered it. Not advertised in advance is the fact they expect you to clean the apartment on departure. We asked if we could pay for cleaning but were told by reception this wasn't possible. They wanted to set a meeting to check the state of the apartment when we left but as we had to leave outside of reception's hours, this wasn't possible. Despite the fact we left the apartment considerably cleaner than we found it, they charged us for "unacceptable cleanliness" after we left, sending us as proof, for example, a picture of the freezer (which we hadn't used) that had clearly about 12 months' worth of built up frost inside it. Given the location and the basic standard of the building, this could easily be an excellent place to stay, but poor service lets it down when a tiny bit more effort wouldn't.

Good location close to ski lifts and public transport (town's shuttle service). The apartments were comfortable, but not for 6 people as claimed (we booked two 6-person apartments for 4 people total, so yes, like this it was comfortable...)

The ski lockers were extremely small. It would never fit the equipment of 6 people (this was supposed to be the capacitance of the apartment). No heating for ski-boots. The personnel seemed to ignore us in several cases (i.e. they kept chatting ignoring our arrival while we were standing in front of the reception for several minutes, they never responded to our request for extending the stay, etc)
