Exceptional hotel, we were extremely happy that we chose to stay there. It's a self-service hotel, so most of the things and communication are done via WhatsApp. The staff was super helpful, late check-out was not an issue at all, and they helped us with holding our luggage after the check-out, so that we could have went to the mall nearby. Beds were comfy. Shower was hot, and wifi was working great. Location is nearby some avesome restaurants, literally by the mall, and few minutes walk to SKM, which makes it super easy to get from one place to another. We will be 100% staying there again if we are to ever come back.

The room was good overall. We did like beds, temperature control inside the room. Inside was a good sound insulation from outside car noises. Also additional services like sparkling water, coffee in capsules with the coffee machine were included in the payment. Sorry, I wouldn't say it just for FREE - you already paid for that :) This is perfect play to stay if you introvert and dont like talk to the administration on the reception or smth like that - all works fine just withe the simple door codes.

There are a few moments to improve: 1) We expected a bit more cleanliness in the apartment - there was some dust on the shelves. 2) Lack of one-time slippers for the bath. 3) "Parking place" for 40 Zl (despite the high price in general) its not a parking place at all like basement parking or smth. Its just a place outside on the ground outside. These was a huge rain so normal parking would be great , to be honest. 4) Actually there were no close markets like Lidl, Zabka or Biedra close to the Hotel. 5) The price could be more friendly because the hotel itself is not on the "first line" to the beautiful city shores.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Apartments! The beds were super comfy and the kitchenette was equipped with just about anything we needed to make ourselves a meal. We also appreciated the fact that we could do our laundry there and were supplied with the detergent to do it too. The cherry on top is this hotel's location: not only it is just a 5 minute walk away from the Wrzeszcz train station (which has direct lines to the airport as well as the other two cities of the Tricity, Sopot and Gdynia), but you have within an 8-minute walk, not just one, but 2 malls, Metropolia and Bałtycka, from which you can easily get anything you might need.

Everything was great! Very clean, nice! Very pleasant surprise was the self-refill for coffee, creamer, water and even candies! Very clear and understandable instructions for everything! One great bonus (which I didn't expect so even didn't read about it) was free laundry room. Pretty good location- easy to get to any part of the city, bus stops are next to the house, tram stops 7 minutes walk. Couple shopping centers nearby and couple food stores. Would be happy to stay there again!

Very smooth functioning online hotel. Communication with staff is straightforward via WhatsApp, and answers are received quickly. The check-in process works perfectly via code (communication one day in advance). The room is comfy and quiet (good noise cancelation). There's free coffee and water available in the lobby at all times. The location is perfect for those wanting to see both the city and the sea side - train/ tram stations and shopping malls + restaurants are nearby.

A wonderful place with convenient parking and a cozy room equipped with everything necessary. For the first time during our travels with a cat, the hotel provided bowls and toys in the room, which was very kind and pleasant! In the common area, there were capsules for the coffee machine, water, and cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc., which was also very convenient. The room had everything for comfortable cooking: a frying pan, a pot, cutlery, dishes, and even a corkscrew. The interior was magnificent, very aesthetic and comfortable. A shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, with another one a bit further, was also a plus.

On the last evening, we encountered a problem: we had come to Gdańsk for a festival and returned to the hotel late at night, only to find that our parking spot (they are numbered) was occupied by someone else's car. I assume that someone who was not a guest used the parking lot, as there are no barriers at the entrance. We were fortunate that not all the spots were taken, and we parked in a free spot, hoping that no one else would arrive even later. However, if all the spots had been occupied, we would have had to find a more complicated solution to the problem at 3 a.m. It would be great if the parking area were fenced.

Staying at the Royal Apartments Hotel in Gdańsk was a fantastic choice! The location was perfect—close to the heart of the city, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gdańsk!

A brand new building in a great location: 5 minutes walk to Gdansk Wrzeszcz railway station and to Galeria Baltycka shopping mall. There’s a parking lot and a small resting area outside. The entire hotel is self-service, the check-in and check-out process is automated, and the hotel’s personnel are polite and quick to answer via Whatsapp. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen was just enough to cook and had a capsule coffee-machine. The bed was large and comfortable, Wi-Fi was stable, the AC system worked well and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a laundry room available for free and a bunch of free supplies that could be obtained anytime! Overall, a great luxurious place, especially for young couples and car owners. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and hope to return here again some day.

The only drawback was a noisy traffic light on the road nearby that made quite an annoying signal every time the green light for pedestrians was on. Fortunately, it was quiet at night.

The room was fine, what we expected (we were only there to sleep anyway) and everything worked properly and smoothly. It was a reasonable price in a convenient area.

We didn't read the description properly about breakfast and decided not to order in the end, so I can't review that. The shower could have been better. But on the whole it was all as expected and perfectly fine.

Very good value for money. Very clean. Complete online checkin, very well working. AC was working very well, windows are very good. Both is needed to keep out the traffic noise of the main road.

Pillows are very big and hard.
