Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle to hotel was a godsend as the flight arrived late at night and we hadn't been able to exchange money as banks were already closed. Delicious hot breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Within walking distance (1 block) from a shopping plaza (think small Wal-Mart type) and restaurants. This is my hotel of choice when traveling to SLP.

I didn’t meet any staff that didn’t speak English as well as Spanish! My fiancée and I enjoyed every day spent here, and the AC was perfect! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful too

I loved the location because I had Walmart near by as well as restaurants and fast food options. I had alot of options close by, there was security in the parking area of this hotel, free coffee at night, comfortable beds, very clean facility and the staff speak English. Very beautiful hotel and well maintained, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit San Luis Potosi.

This hotel did not accept my American money when I was booking my room with them, they would not exchange my money, when I needed a toothbrush for my son the receptionist said they were out of essentials.

Breakfast was good but I recommend using better warmers for food and coffee.

Everything was fantastic...I only have one Complaint...The pool closed at 9 p.m for Adults...No one in MX really wants to try to enjoy the pool in the blazing sun or during mid afternoon..It was definitely in need of more attention to clean bugs out..

Pool closes at 9 p.m for adults regardless of the amount of people using it and many bugs in the pool.. Complimentary warm water upon request and none cold to purchase.. Asking for it is like putting them out at reception...Towels need to be upgraded..
