Location was very central and you got some nice views depending on where you stayed in the hotel

What I did not like was the facts that you had to pay €8 per week to hire a kettle to boil water and €8 a week to hire a toaster

Puerto caleta apartments are perfect for my husband and I, the location is great for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants, or if you want to spend the day around the pool there are lots of comfy sun loungers available and the pool is clean and perfect temperature for a dip to cool off, the pool bar is fabulous and lots of choice in drinks and food, happy hour is also great 😃, Olivia also very friendly. House keeping do a wonderful job and we loved coming back and having a lovely fresh made bed and towels, couldn't fault it.

Still the building work going on across the road, but it wasn't as bad as last year.

We were very lucky to get a refurbished room with a great pool view and large balcony area with table and sun beds. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location is brilliant for the beach and the local area. We discovered a tapas bar next door called Oliver Fly Bar - you have to go there - amazing tapas and cocktails and the staff are lovely. We also found the tapas restaurant Pickled Palm. It is situated in a little square with other restaurants - again friendly staff, lovely tapas and great Rioja. Their roast beef is incredible too but best to book. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully getting room 75 again.

Nothing but pool view first floor rooms definitely have more private balconies than the downstairs rooms

We got our keys to apartment pool view room wow it was spacious very modern (we must of had a room which had a refurb) it was the only room I seen with white plastic windows and doors, it had air-conditioning which was a bonus sun loungers on balcony which was nice as not many places do that, room was very clean it was cleaned on the 2nd day, pool area very clean I watched the pool being cleaned every morning, staff on reception were very helpful cleaning staff very friendly and bar staff very friendly, I would return if I was guaranteed to get that same room (as other rooms looked very dated)

No kettle in room

The location was good, in the central area of Caleta. The apartment was clean and tidy and a fair size. Good pool area with bar but could do with more parasols as there were only 3 available. The apartment was big enough for a family of 4 with a pullout bed/settee. Nice little patio area outside and not too noisy.

Very basic kitchen layout. NO kettle or toaster supplied. These were available as extras!!! A little like the extras for your flight over. It took 7/8 minutes to boil water on the 2 ring hob. More electricity is used than a kettle. False economy. Don't forget the mosquito spray if sitting out on the patio, they will eat you

We loved how close it was to the center and stores. 30 second walk is to the store. Also we were really surprised on the rating of the cleaning on booking. Every morning 5 people were washing everything outside and one person deep washed a pool. Staff is super friendly and in the room every towel os replaced and everything is there. The kitcken has everything needed. If you dont want to cooks you have million restaurants nerby. I would really recommend this to everyone for this price.

Stayed here many a time. Won't lie the rooms are very dated and need a lot of work on them. It's very clean and had a lovely pool area also very central to everything. Putting this here after speaking to people they were shocked. Your Kettle. Toaster and iron are all hired for a small fee This being said the staff are amazing we love coming back

Property was in a great location yet quiet by night. We requested a ground floor room if possible due to health issue and were offered a choice of 2 rooms at check in. Staff at reception were super efficient, friendly and willing to chat. Property was clean with regular cleaning service.

Property is a little dated and jaded in appearance but the cleanliness coupled with friendly and efficient staff made up for that.

The location is perfect, we didn’t need a pool view so was very pleased to be upstairs as this allowed us to leave the windows open as there was no access from the outside. Yes it’s dated as are the majority of apartments in the area but very clean, decent shower, clean pool/bar area and very friendly staff

The beds are a bit hard but it was only a few nights

First time travelling alone, but I felt very safe at this complex and indeed in the surrounding area. The accommodation is a little dated, but it's clean and comfortable and I think it added to the Canarian charm. In fact, I extended my stay by a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
