Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice. Location was decent- no other restaurants really around, but the highway was close and the next exit (either way) had places to eat.

Did not have a hot tub like Booking.com said. But they explained to us it is not listed on their website, but third party sites like Booking.com refuse to remove them on theirs. So a little disappointed in that, mostly in Booking.com for not being honest about it. Also, there was no elevator. So just be aware.

Clean, spacious room. Clean heated pool. Nice assortment of breakfast foods, hot and cold. Within 15 minutes of anything we needed/wanted to visit in the area. A nice surprise was the bathroom having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Pillows were superrrr comfortable! The hotel was quiet, even the pool area

We have stayed here many times over the last few years and this the first time we have EVER paid a security deposit! Not only that we weren’t even informed by the front desk staff, it just showed up on my credit card! If this continues we will be looking elsewhere for our accommodations!

The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The inside pool was a bonus during the hot weather stay.

The bathroom, though clean, was smaller than expected, little room for changing clothes.

All around was good.

That originally reserved room/with hot tub, they canceled that hot tub broke down,,,very disappointed in that. Couldn't make coffee in room. This is not a complaint but would be nice if breakfast didn't end at 9:00am for travelers that have traveled very far and need the extra sleep. I very much enjoyed my stay great rooms definitely will recommend and stay again. Great guy at Service Desk very accommodating and apologized several times about hot tub not working. Totally enjoyed my stay and I'll be back!!! Thank You to Guy at Service Desk and Staff!!

The staff at the front desk were excellent. The staff member setting the breakfast up was wonderful. She interacted with the customers and was very pleasant. Area very quiet and not much around the hotel.

The breakfast was fair. Sausage gravy very poor and the eggs were not good. Waffles were good.

The breakfast was terrific and the 2 girls I met that work the breakfast area were exceptional. The breakfast area is kept spotless and well stocked. The cleaning staff were consistently helpful and courteous each day, supplying us with towels and coffee, etc. whenever we asked for them. The staff in general were welcoming and friendly.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful! The Jacuzzi was phenomenal!! It was so large! We were sooo pleased. The breakfast was absolutely excellent!! Loved the gravy and eggs. Well done staff. Thank you Ashley! You were excellent!

Awesome staff, and great breakfast!! Everything was generally top notch.

We thought we got queens. But they were full XL?!? Not a major difference, but noticeable for a family of 10 trying to make appropriate arrangements. We got a 3rd room because the rates were so great!

Newly renovated Nice warm breakfast... scrambled eggs & sausage one day, omelette & bacon the next Close to border, shopping & restaurants.

A little hard to find. Told to turn at traffic lights to get to alley to the motel which were no longer there.
