from our arrival we were taken very good care by Ashish at reception accompanied by a cold drink. room was spotless and spacious. breakfast is great. we had a la cart business dinner the chef himself came to our table to take our special requests due to food restrictions. staff all along the stay was extremely nice, efficient and attentive always with a smile. today May13, 2025 morning, we had a last minute change in our meetings so we had to stay at the hotel till our flight. the duty manager whom I forgot his name, allowed us extended stay with no extra charge. we really appreciate the gesture. we took massage package which was exquisite. Ms. Lamanui who was my masses, was just Devine. thank you. all and all our stay at Marriott Navi Mumbai was a great accord to our business visit to Mumbai.

First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. The housekeeping staff had done a great job decorating the room for a special occasion. The F & B team, helped with customisations of some meal requests too... Appreciate the effort.

The enthusiasm of the staff to help you even for the smallest of things, especially the watering staff was extremely helpful in serving & getting things on time. They weren't irritated, had a warm approach, it made us feel comfortable asking for help as it was our first time in a five star hotel. Completely worth the money ! Everyone should try once!

Nothing to be bothered by, but employees sometimes used an internal term or acronym that they assume all the people would know, that's ok but the problem is not everyone person may be aware of these terms. For example a waiter asked me something & mentioned the term "Spirit hours" in the sentence, I told him I have no clue what that means, so he laughed it off healthily, but I felt something like even though that may not offend me, however someone who's not that secure or young might feel rude about it. For eg my dad would have certainly not liked it.

Excellent rooms, staff, food, spa, everything! Thanks to the reception team and other staff: Pooja, Upama, Sonali, etc who were always friendly and professional. Also thanks to the manager Girish who was very kind and accommodating and helped me a lot. Spa was nice as well including the therapist Lamniu who was super. Besides the fantastic buffet spreads and chefs, the restaurant also had some amazing staff including Shanoor, Arjun, Vikram, Prashant, Payel, Chef Mahesh etc (sorry if forgetting anyone) each of whom were very friendly and made my stay very special. This is a brand new property on the main road and the view is amazing. The property has everything that you want, valet parking, check-in is a breeze, comfortable & spacious rooms, great services, sumptuous food & drinks and a swimming pool on the terrace! The team is very cordial, friendly & welcoming (enjoyed this specially on two occasions during our stay). And their service is top-class, pampers you throughout your stay.

Nothing much that I can remember. Everything was just perfect. Except that the lounge on the 10th floor is yet to start. But, the lounge services are offered at the Great Room on the ground floor.

We booked a triple room and everyday we need to ask for 1 additional tower ,we had tea in the room the mugs left unclean and they did not hover the room. To maintain the standard these little things are very important to improve the room service.

Absolutely all mod cons. The room layout and design was great. So well designed in the power outlets and the layout over all. Lots of sockets and phone outlets. Design for the modern traveller. It is what you get with a hotel that was just built, it is brand new. Great staff and service. A good price for the quality!

Lovely place. I had a meeting closeby so it was super convenient.

Too many questions at breakfast. Service is great. But, I don't like being interrupted n number of time when I'm eating my breakfast. All in all, small snag compared to an overall lovely experience.

Very clean and good food.

Delay in house keeping service and delay in room dining. I had to follow up 3 times or even more for room cleaning and delivery of food. May be because of high volume of guests and wedding season there is delay in room service.

The food was disappointing. The salad and fish were too salty. The cookies at the cafe were stale/hard and cold coffee wasn’t great. The quality of toilet paper not great…
