We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Dollywood theme park. The hotel is lovely, the room was a reasonable size (we had a family suite) and had good, albeit noisy air conditioning. The hotel staff were SO friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaners, cafe staff and more.

I've never been to a hotel before where the valet staff at the front door were so totally uninterested in guests. As we arrived, I struggled up the hill from the car park with my daughter and 2 big suitcases and not only did nobody offer to help with our bags, or get us a luggage trolley, nobody even offered to hold the door open for us. The 3 men on duty just stared - they didn't even say good evening. I'd think it was a one-off but they were exactly the same when we checked out 2 days later and my suitcase got stuck on a carpet. They just watched me struggle in 100 degree heat. Disappointing first and last impression. If you're not paying the $25 for valet parking, don't expect anyone to acknowledge you, it seems.

My mother & I felt like royalty staying at the DreamMore Resort. The staff extended themselves in a personal, caring way. My mother needed a walk in shower and the staff made it happen. You can see how they care about the people staying at the resort. They were family, not just employees. I plan for future stays at the DreamMore. We also liked the staff that took us in the shuttle buses to and from Dollywood. Everyone was friendly. The food was excellent. We also liked shopping at the Pineberry shop inside the resort. The view from our six floor window that overlooked the pool was phenomenal. The Christmas decorations inside and out were extremely beautiful. You will never find another place in Pigeon Forge that offers these services. We also loved the butterflies.

The initial drive in was so welcoming, each host and staff member greeted us with smiles. The grounds were beautifully kept and the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean and well laid out. Our reserved room was clean, i didnt get the urge to wipe everything down like i normally do elsewhere. Beds and linens were comfortable and ac was ideally working. Pool area was perfect and lifeguards were ample and very attentive. The activities were great and kept us occupied and entertained. The resort food was decent and had we had no issues. I honestly will be back and would recommend to anyone to reserve a stay. We walked over to the other resort and just from the outside i am confident both resorts have similar vibe and upkeep, so hoping to try the other resort soon.

My kids just wished there was a slide for the pool. And we wished there were better/more workout equipment in the fitness area.

We loved everything about this resort! It was a truly lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. During Easter, the resort went above and beyond with their special celebrations, which made the holiday even more memorable. They had a beautiful church service. They offered fun activities for the kids during the Easter break, ensuring that everyone had a great time. The overall atmosphere was joyful and family-friendly, making it an ideal getaway. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-cared-for place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable, very cosy feel and very clean, the shuttle to and from the park was excellent, short journey and very frequent

Lighting in the room could have been a little better, only 2 table lamps and no overhead light except at the entrance, Restaurant menu quite limited during our stay as a mother's day special was on in the restuarant with fixed menu at a fixed price

I liked that it was so serene and relaxing.

BUT. The reason for being relaxing was Dollywood hadn't opened up yet,! On March 13th was when I realized the park opened up on the 14th, thus the relaxing atmosphere changed! Families coming in, children excited is all good. I'm more on the peace and quiet side. My husband and I were there for our 47th Wedding Anniversary and I'm glad we timed it right to be there before the crowds. Don't get me wrong. I do love Dollywood, but this time I just wanted to have a serene and quiet time with my husband.

Beautiful hotel, kids love bunk beds, enjoyed spending time for activities in lobby and pool. Friendly staff in cafe and got to check-in early to our room which was really nice.

Lifeguards appeared annoyed when they had to get off their iPhones and go to lifeguard stand to watch kids swim in indoor pool. Poolside staff to order food did not acknowledge me standing at counter for 3-4 mins while they reviewed receipts (no eye contact or sorry we will be right with you). Many employees seemed bothered to be there.

We enjoyed the comfortable luxury of the DreamMore Resort. The daily events for families to participate in were joyous and appreciated. We came to enjoy the morning and evening live music and singing in the lobby area. There were plenty of amenities to fill our time, besides the bonus of convenient transportation to and from Dollywood!

Our only discouraging times were ordering meals from the restaurants on site. On four out of five occasions we utilized room service, poolside, and in-restaurant orders were wrong, but the staff did make amends and the food was otherwise very tasty.

My stay at Dollywood Dream More Resort was Fabulous! Ifekt like ivwas "living in a Dream" while i was there...The staff was Always helpful and Courteous- they were Always there to help you with a question or anything! I would say the service was OUTSTANDING!! The Resort was Beautiful in Every Way! I can't wait to go back one day and stay Longer next time! I would like to use the pool, Spa and other things i didn't have enough time to use this vacation. It was a Pleasure staying at Dollywood Dream More Resort!!

It would have been Nice to at least have Free Continental Breakfast every morning- especially since young families are headed to Dollywood early. I know you can pay for a Buffet Breakfast in the Restaurant, but it's a LOT of $$ after paying for your family's Tickets to Dollywood. I never had the Buffet Breakfast, but I did get tea and a Muffin at the Market one morning. It was Delicious!

Fabulous resort. Rooms were lovely, theres a coffee shop downstairs, along with a merchandise shop. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! Because we stayed at the resort we were given free passes to “skip the queues” at the theme park and a free trolley service to and from the resort. The TV in the room has a channel (Channel 301) where Dolly reads bedtime stories, very sweet!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. However, Breakfast was expensive and the most expensive breakfast we had anywhere in Tennessee. It was roughly $64 for 2 adults including a tip.
