This resort is beyond amazing. Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the grounds, everything was amazing. You are so close to everything in pigeon forge while still being away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. We were so relaxed in the resort and in our room. Bonus perk that we loved was the sound machine in the our room. We loved it so much that we came home and bought one on line.

There was nothing at all that we disliked about this resort. Ok so maybe one which is the fact that we had to leave and we really didnt want to. We so wanted to stay longer and next time I think we will do that.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking hotel and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness of the property was evident and it set a wonderful tone for our stay. Our family suite, which had a lovely view of the pool, was immaculate and exceptionally hygienic. The attention to detail in the room's upkeep was remarkable, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. One of the standout features of this hotel is its incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. Additionally, the hotel offers a small but well-stocked supermarket, which was incredibly convenient. It had all the necessary items we might need during our stay, from snacks and beverages to personal care products. This thoughtful amenity added to the overall ease and enjoyment of our visit. In summary, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

The only minor points were the lack of an extractor in the bathroom to remove moisture. However, these were not asignificant issue and did not detract from an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The resort was beautiful and every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful - from the front desk staff, to the pool staff, to the lovely gentleman who helped me at 2 a.m. when my son was ill and I needed help from Housekeeping

I booked through Booking.com - I booked a king size room with a pull out couch so it would sleep (3) people. When I checked in, I was given a room without the pull out couch. When I brought it to the front desk attention - they brought us a rollaway which was lovely (after initially stating I couldn't book that type of room with confidence as nothing is guaranteed - until I showed them the reservation confirmation) however there should be better communication between booking.com/ heartsong to avoid this sort of situation.

Beautiful! Room was large and very clean. Restaurant was delicious! Love having free time saver to Dollywood and free trolley transportation.

Mattress was a little too hard for my liking.

I brought my 78 year old mother to the resort as a postponed mother's day gift...and she loved it! We stayed for just 2 nights/3 days, but that was perfect for us. We had 2 spa treatments and then spent a couple of hours at the pool. The weather was beautiful!!!

Not much to say here...it was all pretty wonderful!!!

Need more options and more help

The $30.00 valet parking that we were not made aware of. With the price you pay for the rooms there should be no charge. The only reason we even did valet was because my husband had knew replacement and it made it more convenient for him.

Beautiful place! Room was great and staff were exceptional!

Breakfast was not my fave. Dolly's other place has such a fantastic breakfast, I felt this one was not as good for the price.

Clean through out the whole resort and the room. The restaurants served great food and service! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Request and service offered around the clock was best!

The Heart Song Resort was a wonderful experience. Staff was incredible. Food was terrific. I didn't want to leave. Thank you Dolly♥️. I will always love you, too!
