The condo was clean, updated, and exceeded everything we expected. Kitchen was stocked for cooking, full size appliances and soaps/towels/linens all provided. The pullout sofa was the most comfortable I've slept on.

The indoor pool was dated a bit but served us well and entertained the family. The indoor jacuzzi was hot and very refreshing. Everything was clean and well cared for.

We loved the location to the Leconte Center! Easy to get where we needed. The updated rooms are beautiful! The staff was easy to get hold of and quick to respond with any need we had!

The pools were great but the hot tub at the outdoor pool was closed during our stay. They were actively fixing it but in turn also had to close the baby pool which we also utilized. There were other pool options, we just wanted to be with the other families in our group.

We were in town for the Jeep Invasion and decided we wanted a place off the strip. The location was great; it was very close to everything but also felt like it was miles away. There was a grocery store right at the traffic light to the road you take up to the resort; this was great because you could get whatever you need and avoid the traffic gridlock that happens during the Jeep Invasion.

The room was in need of updating and the bedroom window was cracked.

The resort was a little difficult to find but was in a great location. We had a cottage and it was perfect for us. We were able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the pool area of the resort.

Finding the resort was the only issue we had. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves. Great value!

Sunrise ridge was absolutely the best we have ever stayed. We are planning for a return trip in November. Could not ask for better staff and how hard they work to make your stay as easy as possible thank you so much .

There was nothing negative about our stay

It’s located off the main strip which gives privacy. You can hear the Dollywood train from our condo. It was updated and super clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Gas fireplace nice in October cold snap. Parking great. All utensils & dishware provided although I had to hunt for them. Updated appliances. Upstairs bedroom & bathroom were huge! No views from ours but quiet & private. We could hear partiers on the balconies of the suite condos above us.

I carefully chose the “suite” on booking, which was confirmed. On site we were told we’d reserved a Pedestal. Based on other reviews I was horrified. When I said we have some health problems she did switch us to a Pedestal with fewer outside steps (3024), which turned out great. I showed her my booking suite confirmation and she blamed the switch on booking. I will say the week before we stayed they were booked solid for Fall Break; most checked out the day after we arrived. Perhaps they got my suite? Setup for “6 people “ but wouldn’t be comfortable with that many. Kitchen nice but only 1 person can maneuver at a time. Outdoor pool closed for the season, didn’t try indoor.

Most everything

Well the banister needs some updating and the steel parts were all rusty and needed attention. The elevator at the end where the building made a turn for the short Parton the L shape of the building , an the elevator one time got stuck on the way down and the only way we got it running again was to kick the door

It was quiet and the price was reasonable. The room was nice but I liked the one in building 2 we stayed in last year better.

The road getting to the resort was narrow and in the rain it was hard to tell if you were in you lane or not.

The spacious rooms, proximity to the La Conte center.

We were in one of the buildings yet to be remodeled so it was a bit dated but it will be wonderful when they are all complete.

Location of the resort was close to all attractions without feeling congested. Staff was great and was able to help us arrange/book outings throughout the stay.

While the pools were nice the surface in the pools were rough, all in our group ended up with cuts and scrapes on feet and hands. Several people at the pool (outside of our group) had similar experiences.
