Everything is new, swimming pools are a great size and the hot one is amazing for cooler days. Staff is amazing. Food is amazing! And the smell of the lobby is very nice!

We could hear a lot of noise from the outside the room, it didn’t bother that much, but it is something that could be enhanced. Also, there were bed bugs in my room, me and my son got lots of stings in our legs and arms.

Great location next to both sides of the falls. Rooms massive and pool area was great, never felt too busy. Bar staff during the day were lovely, same for reception. Would recommend.

Considering this is a resort, we were half expecting some evening entertainment but other than the bar that was it. Felt very quiet after tea. Evening food quality could be better. Some of the senior management walking round eying tables up felt a bit uncomfortable. No basic drinks included in the evening buffet which seemed a little strange, not even soft drinks/water, whereas drinks included at breakfast…

Lots of facilities with great food and very friendly people. Ideally situated for anyone wanting to visit the falls.

Our room faces the outside car park and a busy road but the main issue was that there were no curtains/ blinds. You only had the blackout curtains which stayed closed throughout so no day light in the room

Nice hotel with great swimming pool and midgetgolf (free). There is also waterpark included (next door), but this is closed large part of year. Restaurant is excellent, also for dinner. 10 minutes by Uber to Brazilian falls.

Hotel is relatively expensive and busy (families with little children)

It’s a very nice hotel. The staff knows how to take care of guests very well. It’s my second time staying with them and they have a very good service. It’s clean and has everything needed to spend a relax time close to the Iguazú Falls. Also, the food at the restaurant is very good.

The water park is not open by end of the day, when we come back from a full touristic day

This hotel is very close to waterfalls, so you will the last to pick up and first to drop off for the tour. It has large swimming pool, animators, live music, own aqua park and small park in the woods. We really liked our stay there, I think this is the best option if you come for waterfalls, since tours to waterfalls finish at 2PM and you something to do the rest of the day at the hotel. Also they allowed us to stay till the evening by the swimming pool since we had our flight in the evening. Choose this hotel, you won’t regret it

The bathroom is a bit outdated

Location is halfway between the falls and town Holiday decorations were FANTASTIC!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good, clean and a decent size. Beds were comfortable. Easy to book spa treatments & Get a massage after a day of walks and tours. Food was plentiful able to eat my fill of tasty Brazilian cuisine. Tour guide was helpful, we used google translate to have a conversation. Round pool was nice. Get a pool view room.

Definitely for families with kids not ideal for for social solo travelers. Nothing to do within walking distance.

Close to the airport but seems remote. Beautiful property. Great dinner buffet.

Not much I did not like. A little frustrating when I needed to buy an adapter for my hair dryer and was told the store would be open at nine, went there at nine and they said ten. At ten they said noon. That was about the only frustration. Make sure you have a converter for electrical things because my blow dryer fried our adapter.

The pool bar & activities, the free water park next door, the free extensive breakfast. The friendly staff, the beautiful groomed facility with nature trail, the ambiance. The location near Iguazu Falls, the comfortable room, the welcoming lobby. Everything is fantastic here. Wanted to stay longer and wish to return. Taxis at will call too. Affordable spa massage & pedicures on site. Phenomenal for families of all ages & types.
