All the staff were super efficient during our 7 night stay. Cleaners particularly paid attention to detail in our room and gave professional service, thank you. The waiter ( Mr Fantastisco) also showed great service to guests at breakfast and dinner. He spoke good English, always cheerful, and had a helpful attitude, thank you. The cook prepared very varied and delicious meals every day; good home-made cooking, thank you. Receptionists very helpful and spoke good English, thanks. The hotel is in a quiet area with coast, country walks in walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel for trips to Polis and beyond and to Aphradites baths and hill village Neo Chorio. You do not need a car. Buses are cheap and reasonably regular even in low season. Our suite was of a high standard and although it was fully equipped, we had half board so didn't need to cook. Food was very generous in portions so now we need to diet back home! There is a spacious garden with lovely trees and herbs and pools for swimming both outside and indoor. Even a spa and lounge for relaxing. You can't beat this place. We shall remember you from Janet and Roy. FANTASTICO!

We would have stayed longer but had previously booked to go onwards to Larnaka for a change of scene. We are world wide travellers and shall remember this hotel for it's wonderful staff and facilities.

Whoow, this place was definitely out of my budget but I had little choice since off-season many places are closed. However, whatever you are paying to stay here is for a reason. - Absolutely, squeaky clean, with every day checks. - Staff is really helpful, and nice. They are prepared for many things. - Food was possibly the best I had in a long while. Breakfast gives you plenty of choices and varieties to choose from. Finding vegan options is generally not easy in Cyprus, but here, I could easily find things I could eat. - And don't even get me started on the quality. Food quality was just over the top. Restaurant wasn't open outside of breakfast hours, but otherwise, I imagine meals from there would be just as good as the breakfast. - Proper kitchen with all the equipments! Ikea stuff, still everything seemed like they were completely new. - I didn't use them but there's indoor and outdoor pools and a jacuzzi as well. Very fancy. - Air-conditioner worked properly, although, needed a bit of time to heat up the place. - Akamas National Park, Latchi Beach & and the surrounding areas are just stunningly gorgeous and it's winter time. I can only imagine how much more vibrant everything is in the summer! - Friendly people in nearby villages! Since I was hiking off-season, Cypriots coming across me on a beaten path genuinely got worried and asked if I needed anything, water, etc, and were ready to help. I also got caught up in a huge downpour as I was finishing a hike and got saved by a Cypriot gentleman. He didn't hesitate to let me into his car, asked me if I have eaten and took me to a good restaurant for takeaway and drove me back to the hotel (not the expensive one but the one that was genuinely incredibly delicious)! This is more to Cypriots than it is for the hotel, but honestly this was just such a good experience that people are genuinely friendly and welcoming around this area!

- Internet!: my only problem was the non-existent internet. There is Wi-fi, and sometimes it worked, but more often than not, was completely useless. I think this was mostly due to off-season and not every block of the hotel being used. - Location-wise it's not bad, I was mainly going for the Akamas National Park and hiking, so I needed something around Neo Chorio. However, it is a walk away from Latchi Beach where most restaurants and shops can be found.

I must admit, we didn’t expect such warm hospitality! The entire team – from local Cypriots to European and Asian staff – was truly excellent. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, always making sure guests felt welcomed and safe. All safety measures were strictly followed, and I have to highlight the amazing lifeguard at the swimming pool — always alert and especially attentive to families with small children. That gave us real peace of mind. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products (for a hotel setting). If I could make one small suggestion – perhaps consider upgrading the coffee brand in the future! Then you might just be a six-star hotel… hihi 😊 We saw many families with both small and older children enjoying their time, and we didn’t hear a single negative comment from anyone. Of course, there’s always room to improve, but that’s not the point of this review. The overall experience was truly enjoyable, and we’re grateful for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful place, surrounded by lovely planting and trees. Our room was upgraded to one bed suite. Very comfortable bed, we both slept well. Beautiful garden, good choice for breakfast. All staff that we spoke with were friendly and helpful.

Pool music was played so loud that even with all doors closed we could hear it in our room. We had a lovely suntrap garden area but couldn't sit in it due to music...most of the time the pool area was empty!! Shame as the hotel seems to promote enjoying nature and peace. WiFi the worst we ve ever had in Cyprus. Would stay again but would request a room further away from the pool.

Excellent breakfast that was consistent over our stay. Room was spacious and was made daily with bedding changed on the third day and towels changed every 2 days. In room facilities were good, with a full sized fridge freezer, oven / hob, sink and kettle. Onsite parking is okay, we always found a space.

Some noise in the evenings / night as the rooms are close together. Couple of the outlets in the room didn't work. Music at the pool was a bit too loud (maybe I'm just getting old...) Getting out of the car park can be a bit difficult as there isn't much space to turn around

It's my favourite place to spend time in Latchi ! Cosy rooms in a quiet environment allow you to relax and recover after hiking on nearby paths. They also provide a good breakfast and leisure facilities.

The only problem is that the sauna and hammam are only open from 08:00 until 18:00, so if you arrive late (after sunset), you may not be able to use them in the evening. Also, it is not guaranteed that the staff will open the saunas and hammams first thing in the morning, so on my last visit I was unable to use these facilities at all. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to extend the working hours of the sauna and hammam until 21:00. This would allow visitors to relax after a day of outdoor activities.

We've stayed at the Latchi escape 3 times now and each stay has been wonderful. The rooms are spotless with everything you could possibly need and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are very pretty, we especially love the aviary and can't wait for our next visit to see how big the baby peacocks we saw this time have grown! The breakfast buffet has everything anyone could wish for and is always very fresh and regularly topped up. It's also fantastic having the choice of using the jacuzzi and sauna whenever we wanted as well as the choice of 3 lovely pools. The icing on the cake is the fabulous Sophie on reception, nothing is too much trouble for her and she will go out of her way to help with any query you have. We can't wait for our next visit.

Great location if you have car & wish to have relaxed Holiday without too much noise & crowded beaches. Although there aren’t sandy beaches nearby, there are lovely spots around. Pool bar area was great and espacially barman was very polite, friendly and Easy going. Breakfast was ok, with small improvements could be perfect;-) Room service was also great, they regularly changed our towels. We liked terace area and also aircondition + wifi worked great.

We had room with private pool which was dirty, seems there is issue with filter. We reported the issue in the reception and it was fixxed the samé say, however the other day it was again very dirty. Staff in general looks not motivated at all, except of Stefan from Slovakia & cleaning service ladies, no smile, not welcoming behavior. The kitchen amenities could be extended and also furniture was outdated.

The breakfast was not exceptional but reasonable. The hotel location is 5 minutes away to the beach by car. It has private parking lot which you don't need to think where to park. Rooms and facilities in the rooms are satisfied. It has very good garden to get rest while reading your book. Very quiet if you are away from its pool. Hotel is 8 minutes away to Latchi harbor and 7 minutes away to "Aphrodite's Bath" by car.

The toilet was not clean. I had to get some sanitizers from the market to clean it which made me disappointed. Wifi was not working in the room but public Wifi was working. If you would like to use the Wifi, get out to the balcony. My room was next to the pool and it was annoying to hear music (not so loud) and children shouts from 09:00 till 18:00.

The hotel is very cozy. Nice size, obviously not in its hey-day, but doesn't feel like a cheap place either. The breakfast was exceptional! The swiming pools were nice and family friendly too. The dry sauna was a really nice bonus! The kitchen in the room was surprisingly well stocked with all the utensils and some seasonings for cooking, which we really enjoyed! The garden area just across from the rooms was also very lovely, we enjoyed a nice sit in the shade.

The wet sauna was not opporational. This didn't at all diminish our experience, especially considering we've never used one before. This would be the only thing we could come close to saying we didn't like.
