The location and staff cannot be beat. I chose this property specifically because they are dog-friendly, and they absolutely met my expectations there. If you have a friendly dog, this is the place to be - water bowls, treats, muddy paw towels, poop bags, and people who genuinely love dogs. Breakfast is complimentary, and they have something for everyone - coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, fruit, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and string cheese. The lobby is so cozy, perfect for working if you need to, and they have plenty of board games to play.

The bathroom sink had no hot water, and I had to ask for room service. Not a deal-breaker, but just something to be aware of.

The Nordic Inn exceeded my expectations. The location was a 3 minute walk to the Crested Butte mountain base. The room was very clean. The television was a smart TV and that was great. The staff was very friendly and informative with any questions you may have. The common area was nice and had plenty of board games.

The exterior was a bit antiquated, but charming and not ugly. Even then, the interior of the rooms did not feel old and were clean. The breakfast, although delicious, was a bit limited. There was no dedicated bike storage, but the area felt safe and I did not feel the need for one. No laundry on site.

The location was terrific and the staff were all very helpful. The rooms were basic with all needed amenities. I liked being able to get my own extra supplies when needed! The breakfast was decent, and the lobby is lovely. Given the fact that the property is not new, it was well kept and charming.

The air circulation is a challenge. I liked having a fan in the window, but you couldn't close the shade with the fan on so I couldn't keep the fan going when I slept or got ready for the day. The overhead fan helped a little but split shades would have helped. The hot tub was also too hot; I heard other people say that and thought, yeah it's a hot tub, but when I tried to use it, I thought it was too hot to even put my feet into.

The staff was very friendly and communicative. There were pastries and cereal as part of the included breakfast which were great before hiking. The bed was comfortable and views were wonderful. This was a short drive to the cental part of Crested Butte, but it was nice being in a comfortable space a little further away from the crowds, and we were still able to walk to a restaurant and ice cream shop nearby.

The AC was an in-window unit, so we couldn't pull the blinds all the way down without obstructing the airflow from the unit. A little more sun snuck in during the morning than expected, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, it was very comfortable.

We loved how dog friendly this property was and how easy it was to park and get into the room. The quaint feel of the lobby and considerate front desk staff were so welcoming!

The hairdryer was broken and we were there for a wedding so we had to scramble to find one, along with an iron and board, from the front desk. The rooms were tight - we could barely set up an ironing board and function at the same time! The bed and pillows were quite dated and not the most comfortable, but we still really enjoyed our stay. There is some room for upgraded in-room amenities for sure!

We stayed in the other property which is about .8 mile away. I didn’t understand it well from the description so I called the property and they explained it very well. If the place is fully booked you might have to park at the main building if you rent one of the smaller rooms but you can use a free app with a shuttle service that’s also at no cost. To name a view things we liked: - Short walk to the slopes, no need for the skibus - beautiful views - huge kitchen and shared living space with places to comfortably sit and relax after long day - Breakfast included (had to go to the main building which we knew and it’s not a problem) - Very comfortable bedding

I wish our hot tub wouldn’t keep reseting and stop heating. They addressed the issue the first day we mentioned it but it happened again. There are multiple jacuzzis in this building but I am only talking about the one that was assigned to our room.

Everyone was so nice here and the inn was so cute. It felt like Europe!! It is a short walk to/from the mountain so perfect for skiing! The town is a short drive away. The breakfast was great, hot tub was great, and parking was convenient.

We stayed in the house with our group of 8. With 8 adults, it was a pretty tight fit. There was no dining area/kitchen table, in addition to all small cooking dishes. We ended up just eating the whole time because cooking and eating in was pretty inconvenient. However, the upstairs loft area was great for hanging out. The showers and bathrooms were old but fine overall. The heating was also a bit weird. The house thermostat never got above 56, but the bedrooms and loft are on a separate system so it was okay.

Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Offered coffee , juice, pastries and beatable burritos and breakfast egg sandwiches

Outside was dated and needed attention. The bolt lock didn't work and we got locked in. Didn't have an emergency # to call. Ultimately was able to get the attention of a fellow traveler who got us help from the staff

Great location and many comfortable services available such as breakfast. Friendly staff and pet friendly.

The Inn is very clean but still an older building. It could use a few more electrical outlets near the bedding area. The window fan had to be connected with an extension cord from behind the bed which barely reached the fan cord. It would be helpful to have a room humidifier to help with the air dryness in the area. Tough to sleep in any area at 9000 feet so an airconditioning system verses a window fan would be helpful to keep the noise outside in the day to a minimum. Also one could lower the blinds completely verses leaving a large bottom area open so as to operate the fan.

Location great. Spacious upper guest house with many areas to relax and enjoy. Amazing Mountain Views. Loved the hot tub. Full kitchen to cook.

House is dated, but still tasteful. If you want the included breakfast you have to drive down to the inn—2min drive. Would be nice to have a few breakfast items—instant oatmeal/yogurt or a granola bar/fruit up at the house.
