The location is fantastic. Near to all amenities and food outlet and entertainment. The mosques is at the door step. Had my Friday prayers there. Sea view and esplanades are good for strolling. Room is large and spacious. Balcony is a little hot in the evening as it faces the evening sun.

A little bit annoying withe noise across the road where Mahjong Player had their games at late night. Had disturbed sleep because of this. Food variety for breakfast needs to improve including cereals.

I would say the location of the hotel is good. Everything is nearby. Easy accessible. Ms. Nona was a helpful receptionist. She's the only one who can speak English. The best part is that this place has a Halal kitchen. If you are a Muslim, you are in good hands!

The lifts are only two. And when many people waited for the lifts - it was somewhat chaotic. Also, the bathroom is dirty, especially the bathtub - moldy and yellowish stains. I felt gross.

I came with a family of 11 adults, 3 children age 1-3 years old. Booked 4 superior twin rooms and 1 deluxe queen room. Everything was perfect. Staffs are helpful, bellboy is diligent (please tip him, he works very hard). Towels, bedsheet are clean. Kiblat is marked. All rooms have bathtub. There is one lady at the reception speaks malay :)

Cons: 1. No iron. 2. No elevator from parking lot to lobby.

Hotel is nearby to most of tourist attraction like Asean Night Bazaar etc. Subject to availability, you can check-in as early as 10 am.

- being told the hotel's kitchen is halal - staff were friendly - rooms are spacious and clean

- we had our breakfast on 25 Feb 2023 at 8.45 am. The bread are finished when we walked in and advised the staff. They just responded that finished. Few other custoners walked in after us and also informed the staff, but no one refill the bread. Hotel should anticipate this shortfall as it seems that there's some kind of conference thatvday.

This is my second visit to this hotel and I love it so much because everything makes me comfortable. The front desk team, the room, even the housekeeping ladies very welcoming. Reception on duty at night on Friday (09 Dec) responding well to my complaint. Room next to me make a loud noise and when I call the reception, they immediately send a staff to handle it. Thank you for letting me sleep peacefully on my last night there.

Upon check in into the room, I found small cockroaches lingering around the room 😂 Not a big deal for me but you should do something about your pest control.

friendly people from room service to the front desk, the room is undervalued, a big and nice room with very reasonable prices. When I come to Hatyai, this is the only I would stay in the future. and it has a very good meeting hall.

a bit too far from city

Everything was top notch, i was literally in love with the hotel, staffs, management, food, room. Everything was just perfect for the price we pay. Stayed fr 4 days, 3nights, and room was big enough fr 2adults and 2kids. Bath tub and toilet was spotlessly clean! Comforter was good.

Check in is only 2pm onwards , no early check in was allowed for me . 2 Pillow was only given, had to ask fr extra. Didnt top up water and nescafes on 3rd day... Bed wasn't that comfy in 2 single bed rooms.

- Breakfast too plain (I wish you could serve Pad Thai for breakfast) - Front desk staff do not speak good/basic English. (Please send them to training, or English Class to improve their English) (I only ask for "where can I buy fruits", but they did not understand the question".

I like all things that are serve during my 4 days 3 Night with my families. We took the double twin room. Its very spacious. I guess it could fit another guest. We got city view room with spectacular hatyai city. They have varieties of services such as laundry, halal food, transportation to any places that already in their list.

Just one thing that I didn’t get from my previous stay is there’s no iron in the room. Such a waste because im order to have that you need to use their laundry services.
