Wish the pillows were softer. It was kinda rock hard. Last stay the shower heater was not working and the toilet door knob is broken.

Staff was very service minded. I was hot and sweating when I arrived, so the young lady on reception had an ice-cold bottle of water brought over for me free of charge. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Wifi worked very well. Cheap restaurants and bars near by. The restaurant just opposite the hotel named Maxies has excellent service and great food. Prices are quite low too, and they show sports such as soccer and Australian football on TV there. The owner is a very friendly lady that always smiles and remember your name. I felt very welcome there always. Hotel is located close to the Aqua nightclub and still walking distance to all nightlife, so location for entertainment was quite good.

Slightly older rooms so aircon was a little noisy, but nothing that bothered me. Due to the location not too far from a few clubs, music could be heard until about 2 am. It was not very loud, so was no problem for me, but if you are the type that needs a very quiet room, then this location may not be the best.

Sometimes there was no one on reception had to get them from sister hotel across the road ! Went out at 10 am got back at 19.00 room still not cleaned very dissapointed

On arrival told promo book 2 nights get one free. On 3rd day told I did not qualify for promo wanted double what I paid initially
