Everything was great from the check-in to the check-out

This hotel was absolutely amazing for the price. The decor was so modern and different to big standard hotels. It was so interesting. It felt really clean and calming too. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help guests. The location of this hotel is fab for Europa Park, about a 20 minute walk on a morning however on an evening can exit via the hotel guests exit and you end up just across the road at Hotel Bell Rock. It’s also surrounded by little cafes and restaurants and right next to Lidl! Rust is a gorgeous little town too. I could honestly go on. I would now never stay onsite at Europa because this was a little hidden gem!!!

Literally the only thing I feel could be improved was the lack of clothing by storage in the room. There was 4 hangers which were on a wall grid thing. It was pretty cool but there was two of us for 4 nights and it just wasn’t enough. We managed though. Totally worth the money we paid!

The staffs were the highlight, receptionist was very polite and speak good English (sorry we don't know any german words), the bartender was kind aswell (serve me yaeger, first time trying that) the room was comfortable, AC works wonderfully and I really like the light sensor under the bed, whoever idea it is need a raise. And lastly the manager was the star of the stay, we were about to miss our train when she offered us a lift to the station, thank you so so much. (No they're not doing free taxi to the station, please don't take advantage of their kindness)

Nothing, close to supermarket, close to Europa Park within walking distance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would 100% return! We stayed as we were visiting Europa and Rulantica and the distance to the parks were great and being able to use the hotel shuttle/normal rust public transportation make visiting both parks so simple. The staff here always go above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and happy with the new bonus of a welcome drink being a lovely surprise! Being able to store our luggage on our final day was an added bonus and meant we were able to enjoy the day without having to lug around suitcases! We would 100% return for a third and forth time! This trip was booked last min and for a the last min booking the price was good and fair and excellent value for money! The staff at this hotel are always polite and kind and very adaptive with the multiple languages spoken. As a branded hotel you know what you’re getting and this is always a bonus for us as a couple and as traveling internationally. This trip was booked as my partner has recently been diagnosed with Cancer and is having major surgery within the next two weeks and is going to be in hospital for 12 weeks so this trip has created so many positive and happy memories and once she is better we can’t wait to return to this hotel to return to our happy place that is Europa park and Rulantica. Potentially having tea and coffee facilities could improve the rooms but we are aware this is more of a British thing but would be nice to have a fridge/coffee and tea making facilities but apart from that this hotel is perfect for us and we can’t fault both our stays and will be back soon!

The hotel is excellent. Simple in design and amenities but thee room is a great layout, had everything we needed and was very very clean. The bed and seating was comfortable. Location and parking both very convenient, the parking at a good price too. The lobby space was a good space to relax. Helpful staff on hand 24/7.

We stayed in winter. The hotel was excessively hot, the heating cooling system does not cool in winter so we had the window open constantly (-3 to 0 degrees outside). Despite this sleep was interupted by being uncomfortably hot, most of all heating a large building to 26 degrees plus is a terrible waste of energy.

Lovely breakfast. Beautiful (new) building. Recognizable lighting of the hotel name in the distance. Big windows. Friendly staff. Good tv. Amazing shower. Good lighting in the room.

You couldn't close the window easily due to the curtains being stuck. I was accidentally charged money for the free coffee machine. There was no pool. There was no fridge. There were no tv's in the lobby with news. The toilet splashed when flushing. The doors in the hallway were heavy and not all had automatic buttons. The card system in the elevator was very slow.

We were originally booked into an apartment around the corner from the hotel, and after the host didn't turn up to check us in, we were forced to relocate. Even before we had decided to stay at the hotel, we were gladly welcomed in from the cold by the wonderful staff at Moxy, given the freedom to charge our phones and sort out our next course of action after being initially let down. We couldn't of fallen more on our feet. The hotel is the perfect distance from Europa-Park (15 minute walk) and very close to local bus stops and shops. The staff are incredibly accommodating, breakfast was wonderful every morning and our room was spot on. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, we're obviously bias due to our situation, but that extra care goes a long way.

Very des elegant and rude member of staff, supposedly the manager… I was in the queue and waited for 20 minutes to check in and just one lady was working. This lady was there just in the laptop instead of receiving hotel guests. After 20’ she make herself available and asked me for full payment of the breakfast and city tax and I asked if that doesn’t suppose to be at the check out. She replied that if I don’t want to be in a queue in the checkout better I pay now. I replied that I was there already waiting for 20’ and she asked me if I don’t use to have breaks in my job????and that in the previous day worked many hours as well….totally inappropriate behavior with a customer, unacceptable and the hotel should review his recruitment policies, mainly if she’s the manager

The rooms were spotlessly clean throughout our stay! Housekeeping do a fantastic job. The reception and bar staff are also wonderful, had great communication skills with multiple languages. Very friendly and approachable. Staff also accomodated us with a disabled access room for my elderly parents which are also great with no lips or steps within the room. Requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Breakfast has a great variety and cater for food intolerances.

If I had to say anything, perhaps some training in cocktail making would be a bonus for customers. Foosball table in the foyer area could perhaps be moved into a different area as it can become quite loud at times but I'm struggling to find anything I really disliked!

It was a nice hotel with a good bar and breakfast was good and varied. The rooms were nicely decorated. The location was good with several restaurants right opposite, and more about 5 minutes drive away. There's a nature park that you can go walking in about 10 minutes walk away. It's about 15-20 minutes to walk to Europa Park.

There was absolutely no storage for clothes. If you look closely at the photos of the bedrooms then you can see that there is a trendy grid thing with a dress or something like that hanging on it. This looks lovely in the photo but you don't realise that it is the only place to put your clothes - an open grid with a couple of coat hangers! There are no drawers, shelves or anywhere else to put things.
