The rooms are very nice and well designed, clean and spacious. The check-in experience was smooth, the representative was very friendly and upgraded our room with no extra fee which was a really nice gesture from the hotel. The open buffet breakfast is very delicious, and well organized and offers variety of items which i got to experience something new everyday in my stay, the breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. overall, i recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

Although the hotel offers a great outdoor pool with outdoor lounges but I wish there was an indoor pool with the water temperature controlled if the weather was cold. But still, i did not see this as a downgrade that's just a suggestion.

We stayed in a twin room and it was very clean and comfortable. Great mattresses and bedding. Lots of selection at breakfast, and all of good quality. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and we were accommodated with early check-in and late check-out.

Hotel policy states that the swimming pool is for men and children only. I find this unacceptable in 2024. Modesty can still be upheld without outright banning women from swimming. There was also a strong smell of damp throughout the hotel, and dehumidifiers need to be installed.

The staff was very professional, smooth check-in & check-out, and the hotel view was exceptional, I would like to stay at the hotel again.

I have two important notes: 1- The insulation of the shower area is not good, when I shower the water runs from the shower area to the room. 2- From an architectural point of view, I believe the location of the pool is wrong because the place is not exposed to the sun long enough and the pool water is therefore very cold. Therefore, it is necessary to have a heater for the pool water.

Everything was pleasant. The receptionists, valet staff and the room service staff were all professionals and friendly.

Nothing, it was a good stay. But the room was a bit small, can barely move the dining table inside, there was no microwave or heater to heat some food. Other than that it was good.

The location of the hotel is really amazing I loved how clean and calm the hotel is. And it worth it to be honest I loved how you can see all areas of Khobar from the room I liked the view a lot and how the balcony was clean as well as the rooms

I genuinely felt the warmth and kindness of the reception staff during my stay. Their thoughtful and welcoming nature truly made my experience feel exceptional. I can't express how much their efforts meant to me, and I would happily choose to return to this hotel again and again.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, professional and welcoming. The location is optimum and the sea view is amazing.

At around 8 am, there were creepy noises coming from upstairs, it seemed to be they were cleaning. Unfortunately, these noises didn't stop until around 10:30 am. Another thing is that despite the fact that the hotel is located only 100 meters or less from the beach, it does not have a gate or direct access to the beach. The main entrance is in the opposite side.

1 minor observation, the shower had a glass door that was fixed in a way that water is not prevented to leak from the shower to the bathroom floor when using the shower. I think this doesnot affect me enjoying the hotel, but it might annoy ppl who loves taking their time in the shower.

Check in easy, room was nice and great view. Staff very friendly.

AC smelled damp which was not pleasant. Also, there was no mini bar in the room - I arrived at 11.30 at night and would have welcomed a snack from the mini bar but it was empty.
