We love the room design and the fact that we have a table we can eat at, as well as a more home-style kitchen. Great for long stays where you want more of a homey feel in your hotel. Employee's are always kind, food is good, and overall it's always a great experience.

We've stayed here several times, and each room has lamps that have a couple of extra plugs for like alarms or charging ports or CPAPs, whatever you need to charge. In every single room we've been in, none of these ports had any grip on the electrical prongs, and as a result, wouldn't actually charge anything or provide power to what was plugged in. If you could get it to work, a single nudge would stop it again. I wish when they had done the refurbishment they had replaced all those damn lamps. it's a very small complaint, but it's annoying, and it seems to be true in every room.

We have stayed at this property many times. The staff is very welcoming. The property is situated in a great location. The breakfast is really good. We missed seeing Grace who generally manages the breakfast area but perhaps it was her day off. Her fill-in tried hard but he just wasn't Grace. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy too. The shower was good. This is the first time we could hear people talking in the adjoining room but only in the morning so no problem in the evening or overnight. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

We've stayed here multiple times and love the location as well as the home-like layout of the rooms. The staff are always kind and eager to please. Breakfast is roughly on par with other Hilton brand locations, but they offered much higher quality potatoes on our most recent stay, which were excellent. I hope they keep those potatoes around in the future.

Bathroom door was poorly installed on the top mount, which caused it to stick, jostle, creak and the hanger fell off once. Otherwise, the bathroom was perfect(not being sarcastic). Couch was hard, and uncomfortable to spend any significant amount of time on.

It was located very close to the Dental School at FU which is where we wanted to be. It was near many good Restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a very nice and comfortable breakfast area with a variety of food to select from. There was 24 hour coffee and tea available. The staff were all very friendly and always smiling. Our room was very nice and spacious. The towels seemed new and were good quality. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The coffee pot in our room did not work but again we could go downstairs anytime for coffee. The only other thing was that the room could use a deep cleaning around the floorboards, etc.

Overall, I very much enjoy staying at this facility. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I love the remodeling work that is being done. I especially appreciate the sizeable suites with kitchenette and appliances.

The fitness center space has been expanded since the last time I stayed here, however, equipment was removed instead of added. I'd love to see a weights set in there. Also need some longer chairs around the pool for laying out.

well. i arrived at 4pm. the front desk client said my room was not ready. To come back in an hour. she took my cell number. i arrived 1hr 10 minutes later. room was ready. i thought i selected 1 queen bed. i got a 2 queen bed. right by elevator. thats fine. but too much traffic. the shower head needs an upgrade seriously the 1 closet with mirror door needs some adjusting it sticks. a/c u it loud i understand that s an older room but it needs upgraded

We were basically in the heart of the downtown shopping area while still not being overly far from central college area if we wanted to go there. We were less than 10 minutes from practically everything. The rooms were very spacious, and the home-like features (full fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave) are very helpful when staying at a place for nearly a week. The staff were kind and helpful The hot breakfast was probably a 7/10(high for hotel breakfast, but you can get better at any restaurant). The eggs were always round silver dollar pancake-size omelets, which I prefer to pulverized instant eggs, but neither are restaurant quality. Sausage and potatoes could've cooked longer. Biscuits and gravy(not a daily item) were pretty good since the biscuits were hot and fresh, and the daily sides and breads were all good. Not bad for a hotel, but there are numerous excellent restaurants in the area if you've got the budget.

I have no real complaints. They don't have ice machines since they use full fridges(which can make ice), so while unusual, it's actually better than normal. The carpet in the hallways could probably use some cleaning, but the room itself was spotless, and that's what matters.

The breakfast was great and Grace was the perfect person to be in charge of putting it all together. The tables were all clean. If anyone left, Grace immediately cleaned the tables and her interface with guests was extraordinary. Grace is a keeper. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in a quiet setting and the room was very comfortable. LOVED this property.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

It's hard to fully express how nice it is to have a real refrigerator, a real table, and real glasses and silverware in your hotel room when you're staying for multiple days. We absolutely love the true "home away from home" experience this place provides.

One of the two elevators had issues two of the three days we were there. They were fixed fairly quickly, but we had to walk quite a bit further(to the other elevator) for several hours each time.

My wife and I had a late check-in from a long travel day. Melinda met us and was amazing at getting us checked in and answering our questions. The next morning, we dealt with Kiara, who was also wonderful. These two professionals are an asset to your facility.

We were very happy with everything that we encountered. It was a great stay. We will book again when we stay in Gainesville.
