Such a tranquil location and accommodation was perfect. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous ... even able to pack a picnic since hotel provided paper wrapping and carrier bags! Room kitted out with kettle and complimentary herbal teas and bottled water. Bathrobes were fabulous! Staff were so engaging and welcoming; with tips and advice on local places of interest. We received a Token for a free drink too!

We wished we were able to stay longer! We only had time for one " over night" The Swimming Pool water was a little chilly, but ok once you got in.

Where do I start. Literally loved everything. We went there for a small corporate retreat. A total of 5 team members. 1. Accommodation - Its like our own small individual house. Rooms were clean. Didn't expect them to be super big. Its adequate, beds comfortable. Heaters working fine. Shower is great. Facilities are OK too. There's a hair dryer, safe, TV. 2. Facilities - Really really good. Due to covid, we had to pre book the pool. They reserved 2 hrs for us. I guess it was reserved for a max 10 people, there was another couple of folks with us, but it was nice. The pool is big. Some guys had massages. They said it was awesome. Sauna was good too. Bowling was great too. Best part is that it is open till 23:00 which is insane for Germany standards. We also played some Tennis, went for a run around the lake, it was all very nice. 3. Food - Breakfast as awesome. Bread was nice and fresh, lots of options. Coffee was OK. Dinner is 30 Euro per head but there's a large spread it is a nice buffet. Overall, it was a very nice experience, ample parking. Reception was nice a friendly, they spoke English. It's a very large property with a lot of things to do. I'm not sure how kid friendly this is. I'd call them before hand if we're taking kids over.

The buffet was really good and the staff were lovely.

The beds are old and really uncomfortable. They need a big refresh of the place, its like stepping back in time. The curtains in the room were really bad and kept no morning sun out, they need to be updated and made for bedrooms. Everything was old and needed a big overhaul. Spa area is also very old and shabby. It was hard to make a spa appointment and the man behind the desk kept ignoring me and was clearly annoyed when I asked for a towel.

Bathroom not too clean, bed uncomfortable, very very hard to be there with family members that are small. Place far away
