Breakfast was fine. Typical continental breakfast with fresh rolls and good jam and cheese. The bedroom, beds and bedding were very comfortable and f a high standard. The shower was excellent. Unfortunately, as we faced the road, there was quite a lot of noise from farm vehicles late into the night, but this was otherwise a quiet village very convenient for the motorway.

This was a very characterful family run business. Our family room was very spacious, and well equipped. It was more of a suite in fact, and really roomy. Mr and Mrs were great hosts, and we enjoyed our drinks in the cool biergarten after a long drive, and ate an excellent dinner there too!

A kettle in the room would have been handy.

Evening meals only on certain days. I was lucky both outward and return stays were on restaurant days.

The location is convenient. Free parking in front of the hotel. Easy check in / out. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful. The room is clean. The facilities in the room are good. There are plenty of beds particularly convenient for the stay of a family of 5 people. The landlord is friendly.
