The staff specifically, everyone was helpful, all smiles, very accommodating and I've never felt safer staying at a hotel. THEY clean well daily and it was awesome!

The constant room changes, first room had issues not locking the door, second room the AC wasn't working, third room the AC was working but it wasn't switching off and it was leaking. Our last and fourth room was actually very nice, the staff gave me a huge one.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and next to Robinson's mall. Aircon and cable tv worked well. Comfortable stay.

There is a loud noise repeatedly humming for 15 seconds, that can be heard throughout the Hotel and is quite loud in some parts of the hotel That issue needs to be addressed. Young guys hanging around outside asking for money but surrounding guests, preparing to steal phones or wallets.

I like the ambience of the room, seconds away to the mall and also accessible. I most likely the bed which make me so comfortable even my first night I expected that I can't sleep but amazing after how many minutes I easily fall asleep.

I don't like the room is so small and I was just expecting the cabinet because ofcourse we stayed there at 3 nights how we supposed to put our things specially our clothes.

The room was very tidy. Linens and towels were neat. Bed was comfortable as always. Me and my husband always chose to stay here because we love the green corridor, it's spacious, clean and the "close to nature vibe" inside a hotel. We also appreciate the hospitality of the staffs and the way they show the filipino brand of service at its finest.❤️

I would like the option of a suite room with seperate bedroom, with room to have a small table and sofa. I understand it would be at a higher rate, but i would be willing to pay extra for the extra facilities

Great location. Staff is wonderful. Clean room. This is a basic place but it’s got everything that you need and it’s in working order.

Missing some creature comforts. Rooms are small. But you’re not paying a high price at all. It’s definitely worth what you pay for. And I would consider staying here again.

The last time ive stayed was i just wonder why there was no toilet mat in the toilet. And towels.(though i bring my own)but of course we need those floor mat/towels to prevent wet on the floor. Simple thing but its important,i think. Anyway they were responsive when i requested it.

Acceptable size and clean, quiet room with comfortable bed, larger than expected bathroom/shower, courteous and helpful staff, location near major shopping and restaurants

Small fridge in room or ice available would have improved rating

We like the location walking distance to the mall.. We like the shower had hot water...good... Nice one there a water kettle to boiled water..

About the room there's not enough more space to open a big luggage... and no table the room that we had..

Breakfast was just right. Location is perfect since it's adjacent to the Robinson's Mall. Close to the airport too.

The fixed-rated taxi. It may not be associated with the hotel but definitely not a stranger to the guards on duty. Rate is too high. The hotel should have choices or at least offer a shuttle with a fee.
