The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, even if a bit rough with older furniture. But the furniture was all in good repair and the hotel was perfectly acceptable at a great price. So, fantastic value for money. I definitely recommend the hotel. Also, what was very nice, was that the woman who checked us in was the owner and she gave us the impression that she personally wanted to make sure that we were comfortable at the hotel, even telling us how to reach her after the office was closed for the evening. Seeing how thorough and attentive to our needs the owner was made me feel confident that the room was clean.

The exterior of the hotel looked quite run down and the parking area needs some repair, but potential guests should not be deterred by this because the interior of the rooms are very clean and everything works.

Nice comfortable large room, great town that is easy to walk around and so close to the best petroglyphs I have ever seen. Love that have pet friendly rooms. Offer breakfast, but I didn't try so can't rate that. Great TV selection! Great shower pressure!

Not enough plug ins in room. No good dog areas around hotel to take dog to go potty, would be nice if created a patch of grass for the fur babies (but also understand why might not want to!).

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel as some of the reviews were bad - but the room was clean and smelled nice and the owner was accommodating when there was a mix up when I accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room (heads up, there's no way to designate it's a pet friendly room on Booking, so I think you have to call to book one). I appreciated the room had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a desk to work. The Wifi was ok for working remotely, however it wasn't good enough for Zoom calls, had to use my hotspot.

I wasn't a fan that the comforter was placed between two sheets instead of a duvet cover, sort of grossed me out. There were some small stains on the towels but they smelled clean, so it didn't bother me that much. The motel is right off the main road (as many others are) and so the trucks and cars can be pretty loud but if you turn on the fan you can barely hear them.

Updated room was nice & the bed was comfortable. After hours check-in was convenient. Provided breakfast items were consistent for other properties at this price point.

I stayed in room 220 and the outside light was so bright that it felt like daytime all night long. The curtains did not block out the light.

Christie, the clerk, was super! The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great. Liked having laundry facilities available, ice availability, microwave and frig.

The outside is in need of a facelift, and the front door and bathroom door were difficult to operate due to extreme sticking. Breakfast was just average.

Comfortable bed, clean and updated room. I stayed here the night before the McCoy Flats Death race, had a great sleep! Very easy late check-in.

The only concern was when the a/c unit pulled in some smoke from people smoking outside. But everything else was great. No USB plugs, had to use cube adapter

Owners are on site and very helpful. Seemed very interested in helping us get a comfortable room. Upon our arrival, we were given a room that had high-efficiency LED bulbs which were too bright. We asked for a room change and staff found a large room which had softer, more comfortable lighting. The owners and staff seemed very focused on making patrons comfortable. Room was well insulated and quiet. I am highly impressed and recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. The free Continental breakfast was great! They had waffles, oatmeal, eggs and cereal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back!

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no grass for my dog to go to the bathroom. We had to walk a little ways but otherwise it was wonderful.

I liked the price of the hotel the most. The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was small and simple, and had the basic necessities, like cereal, toast, fruit, and drink options. The hotel location is the middle of city, so it's very conveniently located to shops and food.

The rooms themselves were smoke-free, but there were a lot of smoking spots outside. The chairs outside our room smelled like old cigarettes. I wish there were more protein breakfast options for diabetics. More foods like yogurt, eggs, sausage, and cheese would be nice.

Breakfast was very limited for me. Type 2 diabetes, so I have low expectations for motel continental breakfast. Room was fine. Not modern or new. About what I expected. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll give them highest rating. Specifically pointed out good places to eat within a short walk. Right across the street for a full breakfast

Motel shows it's age. Clean enough. Very limited breakfast.
