Well maintained property. I like parking in front of my room. Very quiet rooms. Good breakfast selection. When I return to Vernal, I will definitely stay here. Loved it.

Great location to get to Dinosaur National Monument. Older hotel, but recently renovated and was nicely done. Great hot breakfast with a lot of options. We traveled with our 2 toddler grandsons. Room was a decent size for us and 2 small kids with some toys they brought and my wheelchair. The boys enjoyed the breakfast, they felt like they had a lot to choose from. They wanted to use the pool really bad, but we didn't have time, but it looked nice. There was a little play area near the pool outside our room that our 2 yr old loved running over too and playing in. Of course they loved the big dinosaur out front of the property. My husband and I noted if we do go to DNM again with them, we would definitely stay again.

I would have preferred an accessible room with a king bed, but I did not find any in any hotel in Vernal that had king beds available in an accessible room at all, so this was not the only place without a king accessible room. We have stayed in places in other cities with king accessible rooms. For me, I just feel safer with the toddlers in between my husband and I. I was nervous with the 2 boys in 1 bed with me (I feared the older boy was going to roll off the bed) and my husband in the other bed. They are too big for cribs, but are movers in their sleep, so not having one of us on either side of them made me nervous. Luckily, it worked out ok, but was definitely a concern for me. But other than not having an accessible king room, we both said we would stay there again.

Central location close to many attractions. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although I would prefer one larger pillow to the multiple smaller pillows provided. The cinnamon rolls offered at breakfast were delicious.

While there were quite a few options available at breakfast, none of the hot items were made to order (even though we would "order" our breakfast items on arrival. On one morning the cinnamon scrolls were "sold out", which was disappointing. Perhaps I should have got to breakfast earlier!

Comfortable bed, pillows. Clean. Well furnished--2 chairs, desk, ottoman, side tables. Keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Breakfast--Very good coffee. Much the same as other breakfast buffets with choice of breads, sausage, juice, yogurt (one flavor). Reconstituted eggs were lukewarm and had no flavor. The first morning the server was willing to heat my eggs in microwave. The next morning a different server was not willing when I asked. Said they were already warm. Cinnamon rolls and biscuits were OK. The tangerines and apples were fresh. Bananas were not offered during our stay.

Sheets--extremely wrinkled. Looked as though they hadn't been changed from previous guests. I asked about this at front desk. Was told they probably came out of the dryer like that. I've stayed at many hotels/motels/B&B's in the U.S. and abroad and the sheets have always been pressed, neat and tidy. A few hotels even launder the comforter between guests, which should be done. Certainly you can do better with the sheets. Shower--No grab bar in shower. Although not required by law other than for designated ADA rooms, it would be helpful for safety reasons. "Kleenex"--Rough

After checkout, they proceeded to charge me $50 per room for shedding dog hair from home. When I saw the extra charges on my credit card, I called and they accused me of having dogs in both of my rooms. When I asked for the manager to call me back, I did not receive a call. I did not bring dogs with me. I have three dogs at home and shedded dog hair from home. Also, if you are taller than 5’5” the shower is extremely short and you will have to bend over to shower.

The staff in the office were very nice and helpful when we arrived a bit later than expected at night. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a staff member available to help serve some of the food.

The facilities are well kept but show their age sometimes. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent in peak morning hours. The eating area for breakfast is also relatively small if there are a large number of guests.

Lovely woman at the checkin counter changed us from an upstairs to ground floor, most cheerfully. Had unit 140, huge with 2 queens, 2 bathroom sink areas, and TWO LUGGAGE RACKS! Hurray! Also, plastic tray at the door to hold our shoes so the ice and clean carpet stayed clean. Small frig with a freezer so our 2 tiny ice packs stayed frozen. Back from the very busy road and away from the pool being enjoyed by many. Clean, neat, wonderful.

Restaurant was pretty marginal, despite their hype on the internet. And, very loud. Salad and wine good. Caprese and penne primavera were, well, not good.

From the moment we arrived at the moment we departed we had a wonderful stay with the folks of the dinosaur inn! We attended PhenomeCon at the you went to some conference center, which was only a block and a half away. The central location of the property was wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean very comfortable nicely kept and nicely furnished. I have absolutely nothing bad to say it was a fantastic experience more properties like this could learn from these folks as to run a wonderful establishment.

This place has always been well kept, with much nicer rooms than the already nice exterior would lead you to expect. The staff is great to work with, I used the laundry and the pool, and was even able to check in early, it’s my preferred spot in Vernal. Breakfast here has been great for a decade.

There’s really nothing not to like, although if you bring a big vehicle or our towing a trailer, the parking is gonna be a little cramped.

Very very clean and nice place. Breakfast was delicious with many options. It’s was a good different that you had to order your breakfast at a counter and they would give it to you. Not self serve(except the waffles) I felt it kept everything super clean. They were super fast and never had to wait in the ordering line. Staff were so nice! Kid loved that they were given a little plastic dinosaur when we checked in.
