Convenient, clean, VERY friendly staff. The rooms were well-appointed.

Parking seems a bit limited. The television was the only negative; truly pathetic and way under-par compared to the rest of the furnishings. Small, very dated, and honestly the hotel should be embarrassed.

I did not like that there was no housekeeping for a stay of two days. I found that coming back to the room and the bed was not made unsettling. I wish it was mentioned when we checked in. it would have been better for us to rent a lower price hotel then our expectation would have been lower. this room was expensive for what we got. also what's with 3 towels when you have 2 people checking in and a two day stay without housekeeping? not cool.

Great breakfast choices, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff.

Something went wrong with the coffee. It looked more like slightly tainted water. Water for tea was too cold to make tea. I actually couldn't drink either and ended up making coffee in my room.

It was clean and comfortable.

We were pulling a trailer with a side-by-side and the parking did not accommodate anything other than compact cars. It would’ve been nice to have a few design designated larger vehicle parking spots.

The breakfast was high quality -eggs and toppings for oatmeal and fresh fruit. The room was so thoughtfully appointed. I was given a room easy for me to access. The bed was super comfortable.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub Staff were very nice and made a point to find our grandsons gameboy and send it to us.

The front burner on the stove only seemed to work on one side. It didn’t get hot and cook completely.

Breakfast was pretty typical, not bad, but not amazing. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Room was a little small. When the sofa bed was out, there was no room to walk between the king bed and the sofa bed.

I've stayed in every hotel in Vernal. By far the best breakfast for any of the hotels.

The staff when we checked in were amazing!! Especially traveling with our baby. They were so helpful and so nice.

The staff was amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. I would stay here again just for the excellent service!
