The king accessible room was fantastic, plenty of room for a wheelchair to move around. Plus the bathroom was fantastic, large and well designed.

The room 211 didn't have a lower door lookout, just the standard height one. ADA rooms should have a lower one also in the room. Staff/corporate needs to know what ADA and service dog regulations are and don't interject their own rules.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices to make most folks happy. The location was great, close enough to town to enjoy all Vernal has to offer. Far enough to be very quite and peaceful.

The only thing keeping me from giving a "10" was when I asked the staff to not change our sheets. I only needed to get towels, pull the trash and vacuum. None of this was done. I mentioned this to the nice lady at the front desk and she got the trash removed and gave us clean towels. This was most likely a communication break down. That is the only problem we had!

The room was spacious, and we were near food, fuel and groceries.

The room was dusty, For such a new-looking hotel, it was surprising. In all fairness, the manager offered to move us, but I opted for the room to be cleaned.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient to downtown and all sorts of attractions.

The couch in our bedroom wasn't very comfortable, but it was a hide-a-bed and we weren't using it for that.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok.

The bowls for cereal were so small that my daughter had to go back for more and she doesn't eat much. The room felt a little dingy but not horrible

Location was good in relation to family.

Pet was the most expensive that I have encountered in a long time. We have 2 small dogs and was charged $100.00 for 2nights stay.

I like the design of the hotel and how nicely it’s been maintained. It was very clean. When I had an issue, it was resolved immediately with minimal resistance. Management solved the problem promptly. The attendant was very sweet and helpful.

Other loud guests made the stay uncomfortable at first but then the issue was taken care of. And of course it’s not the hotels fault that guests can sometimes be boisterous. So I really appreciated the management accommodating me and making my stay comfortable.

I love that they are pet friendy and had a nice area to walk our dogs. The room was plush, quiet and warm. We had to make a quick turn around trip from Greybull WY and got a great night's sleep.

Little louad road noise, I wear ear plugs. Still like louad . No blackout curtains!! Breakfast was just ok. Not a fan of the eggs they use at some motals.

Spacious room, amenities on site. Large breakfast area, kept clean. Ease of check in and checking out. Lots of room outdoors to walk our dog. Lovely hotel!
