Location. It is about a mile from my daughters house. And the price is decent compared to the other Hotels in the area.

In my room there was a Coffee pot with no tray to put the Coffee in. There is a list of numbers you can call for services, but the phone in the room has no cord connecting it to the wall. So it’s a paperweight. It would be nice if the staff would listen to the problem before trying to fix the situation. Also someone who understands English would be nice.

This is my go to hotel when I visit the Vernal area. I have stayed here once, sometimes twice, for the past five years. Having a kitchenette is just what I want for my extended stays.

The pool is seldom in service and the hot tub is sometimes not functioning.

Management was very nice and helpful . Booking.com screwed up my registration and Paul was able to correct it

A few small items in the room needed to be upgraded.

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fine, plenty available if not particularly healthy options. Waffle maker with syrup was a raging success though! Pool was cold but hot tub was lovely and warm 103F. Not in the best of maintenance condition with a clearly visible scum line and chipped paintwork but usable.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was quiet and breakfast was good.

The carpet in the elevator needed a good scrubbing and one bedspread should have been replaced.

The room had a kitchenette which I was not aware of and was very roomy. There was ample space to get around. It was quite clean. We were able to have our dog.

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. The freezer had leftover ice cream from the previous tenant. When we requested a plug for the tub we were told we would have one in 5-10min. It was never delivered.

The breakfast but missed the biscuits and gravy from last year. The nice room and things working well. Like the AC was great. The big fridge and sink, plus burners to cook mostly just used the fridge and microwave.

STORE. That it take a bit for the staff to answer the bell at the front desk. I didn't have a TV remote and called the front desk. It took him a while to bring it to me and wanted me to check it, like it may not work. It did, I think they only have so much and do not keep them in the rooms. That they were out of eggs and you had to ring the bell to tell them. The lighting was not as good but okay think brighter bulbs. The walls are thin we could here the guys talking next store

Such a cute simple hotel, worth the price, breakfast was great and simple. Room, pool, everything was great. Me and my family enjoy being there.

Nothing to improve

I usually love this hotel the breakfast was good as always.

I have stayed at this hotel before and usually love it. This time the room was not cleaned well there was food on the wall by the bed and by the chair and there was a trash can of stinky water under the sink in the bathroom I assume the sink was leaking but there was trash in the water and it smelledThe guest laundry was less than desirable. The washer was okay but the dryer wouldn't dry. And the floor was softer than the bed. It was so hard.

Clean and modern place. Friendly staff, safe environment. Room well equipped. Good Wifi, ok breakfast. Location is a couple of miles outside of the center of Vernal and away from restaurants and shops, but it takes only a few minutes to get there. Great for a short stay.
