This is a fairly new property so everything looked and seemed to be new as well . It was easy to locate and get to and had plenty of parking .The room was clean and comfortable , the AC was cold and the desk was most useful .

The breakfast was the worst of any place that I stayed which included it at no additional cost . The muffins were ice cold and very dry and the fresh fruit was limited to tired looking apples and oranges . I needed to speak with a desk clerk but could find none and when he appeared he said he was busy getting the breakfast out and could not tend to the desk too...

Convenient location for the purpose of our trip and the staff was wonderful. The elevator was undergoing maintenance so they upgraded our room so we could be on the first floor. We really appreciated that and the upgraded room was so nice! We loved the fire going in the fireplace in the foyer when it was cold outside. The availability of coffee and hot water round the clock was a great perk, too.

We had no complaints whatsoever.

I love your motel. I stay there every time I come to vernal. It's usually when I'm hunting and I have expensive gear I don't like to leave in my truck. However 3 times now I've booked online and requested a first floor room and never got one. I didn't ask when I got to the desk to check in. Do I think there may be some some miscommunication from the app. Thank you for your always clean, great food in the morning motel

We liked pretty much everything. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and new feeling, the beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was small but fun, and the price was as good as one could expect in this economy.

Our only complaint is the breakfast was a little too basic. There was no protein avaible, just processed carbs. But being located accross the street from Carol's Kitchen made up for it in a big way!

Pool and hot tub... temperatures of water perfect for us. Like having a washcloth. Most hotels do not provide them anymore. Quiet, well insulated room, comfortable bed.. Decent breakfast included.

Heavy fragrance used . Had to switch to a different room that was less fragrant. Suggest using fragrance free products as many folks are sensitive or allergic to them.

The staff was able to help me with any wants or needs. I asked for a rollaway bed if available to help alleviate fights over bed space between my two kids, and it was set up and waiting for us when we checked in. The front desk was helpful with any extra toiletries we needed. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and asked if there was anything we needed every time they saw us.

Over all the room and the breakfast were fine. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. We had to arrive a day later than our reservation was set for due to outside circumstances. The staff handled this to out liking.

There was long black hair on the bathroom floor which definitely wan not ours. Otherwise the cleanliness was fine.

The room was a good size, and had nice amenities like the window seat, the shelves in the bathroom, and the two chairs. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The toilet had an issue and we'd have to jiggle the handle, or remove the back of the tank and fix the chain or the stopper to get it to stop running.

Missed breakfast but Carol's Kitchen across the street was off the hook. Best breakfast on this road trip over a week, with homemade Boysenberry jam on incredible sourdough. Best poached eggs ever. The location is just outside main street, can't ask for better staff and the Jacuzzi takes the sting out of a 17 hour drive. It was so good...it was unanimous to book 4 rooms again the next night even though it put us an hour away from the site.

All the beautiful streams would have been better in the summer ⛱️ instead of a storm

Clean and convenient

One of the house keepers tried to get in my room at 7:55 and I was still in bed! I thought check out was 11:00! AND I DO NOT like getting a text message asking for a tip!!! I will leave a tip for the house keeper or anyone that has helped me!
