We did not have breakfast however we did dine in the lounge for dinner. Our staff was personal and gave great suggestions on the food. He was spot on the food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The young gal who checked us in was polite and friendly and helped us with there to park the car. The room was clean and the bed was one of the best we have had all week.

I thought the breakfast was expensive for what was provided, it would be free anywhere else. The food was good and the service was excellent.

A microwave in the room would have been good. I could not believe there was a potential charge for parking. I have never seen that before at any place I have stayed.

The location is great, right on the marina with views of the sound! The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Everett.

The food was just ok. They took a modern take on the classics which did not always translate well. The wait staff was very kind. The food just did not agree with my palet.

The only couple things that are ridiculous is that if you want to park in the parking lot they charge 5 dollars a day and if you want to use the parking garage it's 10 your already paying for the room and what not why charge for that

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also wanted to give a shout out to Mary Beth at the front desk. She is so amazing. She was friendly and very accommodating. She is a great employee. I give her 5 stars.

Our room was apparently adjacent to the elevator electrical works shaft and we heard elevators whirring up and down all night. We now know to ask to avoid this in the future. It was Xmas Eve, which means limited staff, which we get, but our room was only stocked with decaf coffee supplies, no cream, and the guest supply room on our floor was out of just about everything we hoped for or needed - including caffeinated coffee. We adored the staff and bar/restaurant attendants - it just seemed as if, even though it was a holiday, the basic needs provided for self-service should have been covered. We didn't get a discount on our room due to limited staff - didn't know until we were there that there would be no room service or housekeeping. We'll go there again, but will ask questions first

Nice and soft beds with lots of pillows, a really good coffee for a coffee machine, pool and hot tub on the 1st floor

AC runs day and night for no reason making the lobby and breakfast place too cold.

I liked the hotel for its cleanliness. The hotel looks beautiful both from the outside and inside. I really enjoyed the breakfasts; I haven't had such delicious sausages in a long time! The waiters are very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi still doesn't work. I got the impression that no one is in a hurry to fix it. I read old reviews about it and thought that when I come, the jacuzzi will already be working.

The hotel was accessible, the staff was very attentive and hospitable

The room was clean but I felt like the carpet did need some attention, other than that everything else was great :)
