Breakfeast was surprisingly good and abundant. It had heathy options ! Loved it.

My friend was accused as a thief and even security was called because she took a 3 dollar bar and was going to get her wallet to the car. She had been sick and was hungry. She was absolutely treated as a criminal . 3 security cars were surrounding her with many men, because of that one receptionist . We did not have time to speak to the manager. She was even prohibited to enter the hotel again. She was leaving anyway that day. We were busy but that was absolutely unacceptable !

Beth was so helpful in figuring out how to get my purse returned that I had left in the breakfast room. AND CRAIG WAS EXCEPTIONAL…he actually printed the label, i think packed it up, AND OFFERED TO DROP IT OFF AT THE NEARBY UPS…which he did after work. Craig must be complimented and recognized for his friendly and efficient customer service. We rarely find such service these days in any level of accommodation. Thank you, Craig! Jane Brown

The location was good for our planned activities in Albuquerque. The beds, especially the pillows were very comfortable. I liked the soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers rather than have the small bottles that would be cluttering up dumps. I liked the availability of getting a cup of coffee anytime and the breakfast was very good.

I suggested on the hotels survey, that it would be nice if they compared television carriers. They had Comcast and it was unimpressive for choices to watch.

Everyone was nice and friendly smiles on faces. Clean everything. Food was great and had allot of options. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash was all dove big bottles that smells good. Pet friendly so that's a plus if you love animals. 2 latches on Door plus deadbolt lock

Not enough parking. You can hear everyone walking above below and next to you. Our room had door to next room so we felt a little nervous about that. And not enough of a dog area for a dog friendly hotel my dogs don't like to restroom on rocks.

great breakfast, though would have loved to see some local fare like Huervos Rancheros. Nice large room for seating in the breakfast area.

Unfortunately there was some maintenance going on outside that, did affect our comfort, starting somewhat early in the morning, making it difficult to enter the parking lot at times, and painting the exterior close to our room window so that we had to keep our window coverings down during the day.

The nights we stayed this hotel, it was very busy but the staff was wonderful. In the morning, I noticed the desk clerks helping in the dining room and emptying trash when not at the front desk. The breakfast was good and rooms clean. We also purchased some snacks from the little store that was there. Good selection. All of the employees were very nice. We enjoyed Old Town and riding the Tram up the mountian. There were 3 of us in our group.

Maybe place several large trash cans in the dining room. The ones located under the counter were not large enough with the amount of traffic in the dining room while we were there.

Definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in! Front desk was very friendly and patient, we changed from a pet friendly room to regular room since dog ended up not traveling with us and also we arrived late, that’s why no parking was left.

The bed was not comfortable, too firm for me! Though the room itself was nice and clean, our door looked beat up, pieces of laminate missing on the inside edge and lots of hand/fingerprints…

Modern building, large room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine (that we did not use). Nice breakfast but in the tea section there were only herb teas, including to sleep better! For the black tea, I had to ask the nice guy in charge. Each morning. Weird!

Some of the pillows were feathers and one of our friends is very allergic. Her husband complained to the front desk who assured they all had been changed. Labels do not lie. The second night they were still in the bed! In our room I had 2 and had to out them away. Also I am always surprised by the plates (paper) and silverware (plastic), all dumped in the same trash cans. What a waste for the planet!

Breakfast: There was a lot of variety, everything seemed fresh, and the cinnamon rolls were delish! Thank you for also having fresh fruit options and Greek yogurt! location: the hotel was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Someone on our floor was smoking weed, and it was pretty extreme. we smelled it all night long. But that's not the hotel's problem really, just inconsiderate neighbors on a non-smoking floor.

We wanted to be in the center of the city. This was a bit further than expected but just across the Cultural Center. Perfect! The room was large, the bed was excellent. The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and got you started well for your day. The shower was a delight! Warm water, lots of pressure.
