I loved the staff... absolutely lovely. Both Liana and Sapphire in particular at the front desk went out of their way to make us feel welcome and give us great suggestions of things to do and place to eat. I also loved that the suite actually had a door separating the bedroom from the living/kitchenette area. This was very important to me as I am an early riser and my family likes to sleep in,

I loved the breakfast, it was delicious! Also, the beds were so comfortable, and it was a quiet floor. There was no one running around the halls, no yelling, just peace and quiet. The self care items provided were of great value, I loved that they were large bottles and I could use them all stay.

The elevator was out of order for renovations going on, so that made it difficult to bring up items and carry a carseat up and down the stairs.

After I checked in the hotel manager told me the water was going to be off for a few hours during my stay. Was a little upset about this . She told me I could cancel my reservation which kind of made me feel not welcomed. Other then that the stay was good . The water never got shut off , so it turned out very good. Loved the BBQ area they provided. Id stay here again. Check out was very quick .

It was easy to check in and everything as expected. There were multiple access points to the hotel, which was good considering the parking really filled up. And the coffee was ready before the technical breakfast time.

The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub/shower was pretty bad (damaged). The bottom was all scratched up and could be fixed by at least covering it with some plastic shower mats instead of leaving it exposed.

A perfect, affordable place to stay located near the balloon festival. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind. Exceeded our expectations.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't ideal, but that is somewhat expected at hotels.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and valued. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Christine at the front desk, went out of her way to always greet us with a smile and ask how everything was. The rooms are large and very clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and it changed several times during our stay. The one thing you will notice is how VERY QUIET it is. You never even hear another door open and close once you are in your room. I would definitely stay in another Staybridge again!

The only thing I could comment on to improve is the temperature of the pool, it was pretty cold for an indoor pool.

We loved the size of our room and that we had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge. The location of the hotel is close to stores and restaurants. My daughter liked the indoor pool.

Limited parking.

I liked all the amenities. I appreciated the staff and they’re helpfulness.

Perhaps the only downside was a slow elevator

The room was the best part we enjoyed 102 immensely and haven’t had a better stay anywhere! We are definitely thinking about coming back specifically to this hotel !great everything plus the front desk guy was friendly and very helpful!

The staff was wonderful! I think his name is Rick or nick was exceptional. He always had a smile on his face and he definitely made us feel welcome! Q

The rooms are a little dated, but overall it was a great hotel.
