This hotel was beautiful (very local adobe style), the bed was comfy, the room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is in a business district, so I managed to snag a great weekend rate for the night.

There is nothing I can complain about, but if you are a tourist visiting Albuquerque, this hotel is in a modern business district, not anywhere close to the old town area (although close to the El Pinto restaurant which was fantastic - highly recommend). But if you are visiting over the weekend, you might get a really good rate and the town is not that big - it would still be a great location to go visit all the local tourist attractions.

Really nice motel with good staff that was very accommodating.. Quiet and clean. Bigger than I thought it would be. There was an actual courtyard which looked like it would be wonderful in warm weather. Also looked like the restaurant was good -- I only had breakfast pastry.

Nothing in terms of room or staff could have been better. The location? Convenient to I-25, but it sits in among a Cabela's hunting/fishing store, a pizza joint (good pizza, un-fancy decor -- I ate there) and a cafe. The surroundings feel very corporate. Not a good spot for walking or jogging unless you want to see parking lots, big box retail, and office towers. It's expensive, but worth it in terms of room, facility, and staff.

I liked the courtyard and the location to the Balloon Fiesta.

There was a fight in the parking lot just before 9am as my kids and I were coming back inside and I felt very unsafe, speeding car and two men going at it, I think they worked at the hotel restaurant. Then the bar/restaurant closed at 9am when breakfast was supposed to be until 10. In the evening at the bar, you had to buy from the bar in order to get the "free" chips and salsa...and I dont drink alcohol. The bar/restaurant just needs a little help and maybe security but otherwise, overall a nice stay

I liked the friendly staff, they were very kind to our son, and our family. Easy access to I-25.

Our room looked a bit different than the picture. We were really counting on the couch/small love seat that was in the King Suite picture to be in the room. It was just a more or a chair.

ALL of the staff was Pleasant, kind, and professional. Even the young people- they were especially helpful. The property was clean, easily accessible and nicely decorated. I loved having 3 pillows on each bed of different firmness. I really liked the chair and ottoman- and the quality of the dresser drawers- which I used. I appreciated the actual glass tumblers. Thanks.

There wasn’t an electrical outlet in the bedside table- I use a CPAP and needed the outlet close- so used the one behind the chair and set the machine on the chair. Also, the balcony wood was rotting and rough- missing large chunks. this may add to the ambiance- but it was not inviting to stand on the balcony with probable bugs living in the log. Also, the dim lighting in the room could use a brighter alternative.

Food quality for breakfast was very good Location was central to my needs Room/Bed/Amenties were all good Water in the lobby

Wonderful shaded courtyard to enjoy drinks and coffee. Breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will stay longer on our next trip to Albuquerque.

The we got was not the room we booked. We were supposed to get a king bed and a pullout sofa, the sofa was not . We were able to exchange the sofa with a friend staying 2 doors down

The location and price for a road/work trip were fine.

Limited food options at the restaurant, but the food itself was very good. The lighting in the lobby and restaurant areas was very cold and uninviting.

Staff was friendly & answered all questions we asked. Nice, quiet and safe area with eating and shopping near by

The bathroom wasn't completely clean from the previous stay before our arrival & our room didn't get cleaned the next day
