The rooms was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice Each of the items, hot or cold, that I ate tasted well except the turkey sausage links (dry) and the orange juice (highly diluted). They offered a nice variety of items. They alternated their primary menu of hot items every other day so that the primary items weren't the same each day. For example, hot menu items A were offered Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Monday. Hot menu items B were offered Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Maintenance staff responded quickly to tighten the bolts on the legs of the wobbly kitchen table.

I definitely didn't appreciate the fire alarm at 0045 without any staff members around to provide instructions. It turned out to be related to a a specific room that staff was aware of. Sadly, no other guests in the rooms near mine responded to the alarm. The alarm didn't activate for very long but there should have been better communication by the staff to the guests. They could have stocked the room kitchen better, e.g., a strainer for pasta, and other cooking utensils.

The breakfast was very good. Always had fresh coffee. The breakfast to go was very handy. The cookies were so good! My husband loved his pillow! I looked up how to buy one for him but the ones I saw were dry clean only. Are yours? The bed was very comfortable.

Our door had large spaces all around which let a lot of light in. Didn't seem secure. Nightly rate was quite high. It might have been because of the festival.

Near and convenient for hospital access.

Had lower level room. Unable to sleep, folks above us could be heard stomping around all hours of the night.. it was very loud and annoying. Also sadden there was no jacuzzi..

I liked nothing about breakfast.

They never served mute when some food items run out. Never responded positive or explain why. Kitchen Employees not available to help.

The people. There was a bit of a snag with my reservation but the team did everything they could and treated me well and worked it out

The breakfast was great. I did not like the small children being able to prepare their own food. Getting in the way land making a mess. The parents should have better control.

the rooms were big, felt like we were at home, the kids loved it

the shower drain was not draining so the water backed up, the bathroom smelled moldy, the sofa bed was very dirty, a lot of food crumbs under the mattress ,and I’m not sure if the sheets were changed on one of the beds because I found a feather in my bed and I thought it was a pet free hotel because my son also stepped on dog poop in the parking area next to where our vehicle was parked.. the Pool closed early so we didnt get to swim, my kids were so disappointed that it was closed so we decided to go in the morning and they closed again due to a problem in the pool so it was very disappointing.. breakfast was not what we expected so very disappointed in that too..was not worth what we paid for

Everything was great loved how clean it always was.

The daily fee was not expected or mentioned when booking and unfortunately all our spending money went on the daily fee for the days we stayed so we had to cut our trip short and come home a day early. Also wifi very poor or wouldn't let us connect our kids couldn't use their tablets.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and inviting. The grab and go breakfast was ok. Just not as much variety of drink offers.

The grab and go breakfast could of used a bit more variety. There was only one microwave to use, so waiting for a family to finish heating up their breakfast would be the same about of time to just go and get food somewhere else.
